We had an amazing stay during Modernism Week! The layout is awesome for a full house. Loved grilling in the backyard, ample space- The hot tub worked perfectly, the pool was pristine & we got it heated- so glad about that cause we used it multiple days and in February! All in all, wonderful trip. Look forward to coming back. Best pillows & slept beautifully.

We had a great stay in Palm Springs and enjoyed being in a true mid century mod styled house. It was nice to have a pool although we only used the hot tub which was truly relaxing. The house is easy to find and not too far from the main strip.

Beautiful place in nice location, 10 min drive to the downtown area. Some plane noise but didn’t interfere. The most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen. Lots of towels and the washer/ dryer was a plus. Very clean and cute decor. Comfortable beds too. Easy to reach out with questions and quick responses. We didn’t use pool as it was too cold and we didn’t realize you had to pay for your Full stay to heat the pool. We’d stay here again. Thanks!

We had the best time during our stay for a birthday celebration. Close to all the restaurants and shops and only an hour from Joshua Tree. Vacasa was quick to respond, which was nice. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Unlike many properties, this one actually looked like the photos, was well stocked with just about anything you might need, and looked like the photos. Hot tub and pool were so nice. I really wish most properties were like this, but sadly they aren't. Definitely a standout. Would highly recommend and stay here in the future!

We had a great stay in this house—it's one of the best rentals we've ever experienced. The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets for those who needed them. While the house was perfectly stocked, well decorated, and stylish, it never veered into being too cluttered. This home is wonderful. Well laid out, bright, spacious, comfortable, tasteful decor, little thoughtful touches throughout. Better than it looks in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would say the only annoyance was the fact that in the listing it doesn’t note that you have to pay for pool heat. That’s only mentioned after your reservation is made and easily missed. That resulted in us needing to track down Vacasa agents who were willing to help, which wasn’t so easy. Texts went unanswered and once the local cell number I was given was answered by an angry woman who said she has nothing to do with the company! But after appealing several times, someone finally showed up to turn the pool heat on, and after a bit of argument they didn’t charge us for the day it took to heat up. Honestly, the property was delightful and we hope to return!

We had a great stay here for 4 adults and 2 kids - the space was perfectly laid out, we loved the back yard and the house really had everything we needed (a fully stocked kitchen, pantry and really anything we could think of that we forgot to pack - the house had!) We were comfortable and enjoyed being a quick drive to downtown. We had some crazy wind the last couple days of our trip which deterred the adults from swimming and being outdoors much but the kids still enjoyed. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was everything we needed and more. We opted to heat the pool which allowed for early morning and evening use. The house was well stocked, even with a small library of books. The only rub was to reach the “host” about the house there was a delay because it went through a call center. They always got back to us though and any needs were covered. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for us. Close to PS Convention Center to support our son's art gallery exhibit booth for the Art Expo. Loved the backyard and amenities. The beds are amazingly comfortable! Only issues were very low water pressure (might not be able to do anything about that) and the bedrooms had no cable tv only streaming. Suggestion, raise tv in the living room high enough so that the remote control can control it. We improvised and stacked magazines under the legs because the soundbar was blocking the remote's signal. Didn't use the pool, but the spa was great! Very quiet neighborhood with that old Palm Springs vibe....cool. This house fit us perfectly. The owners might want to consider a better property management company (Vacasa). We found their communication skills and professionalism lacking. This house fit us perfectly. With new management we would definitely come back. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic place. Even better than pictures. Interiors are sharp and clean. Kitchen is very well appointed with utensils, appliances, glassware, and even a pantry with olive oil, condiments, etc., etc. But the backyard is to die for: so many different ways to enjoy the space. Just a five minute drive to downtown, but quiet neighborhood in the evenings, this was the perfect place for this empty-nester couple. Can’t wait to come back.

Our memories will always center on the wonderful outdoor space- pool, gas fire pit, lovely landscaping w/ flowering bougainvillea, gas grill, multiple seating areas and a view of the mountains. It was delightful. The home itself was very well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen, bathroom and for the pool/outdoors. We knew from reading reviews that the home was near the flight path. The flights are infrequent and did not bother us at all although they are noticeable. Finally, whenever we had questions, our phone calls were answered quickly and we always received exceptional service. We will definitely return!

Gosh, where to begin? This home offers COMFORT and EASE at every level. Not to mention, it's absolutely beautiful. From the cozy interior design to the intentional landscaping, it's been the perfect setting for our home away from home. We felt like the location was also so clutch. We were only 10 mins away from everything - delicious restaurants, the gorgeous mountain (definitely recommend everyone checks out the Aerial Tram!), nights out on the town. Truly a ton of thought that went into the overall design and layout of this place. From the organization and availability of utensils, pool accessories and towels, complimentary cooler, icepacks, welcome package; they thought of everything and more. Spectacular views inside and outside - can't say enough about how well designed this property is. Loved the kitchen and details of the appliances. Large, comfortable, and well decorated rooms. Yard was spacious and pool was bigger than we anticipated which we loved. Firepit, outside dining, lounge area, and jacuzzi were great adds to the overall feel of the space. We learned that Palm Springs does require a bit more for visitors so there was additional verification required upon arrival but the Vacasa team (Monica et al) were available to walk us through it. Great location as well. Looking forward to booking again in the future should the property be available.

If you are planning a quite get away this place is great. Couldn’t play music outside or be loud on the rules. So don’t book if you want to be turn up a little. Birds chirping first thing in the morning all day it’s so peaceful great view of the mountains. Pool is was smaller in person. The sink was messed up and they came and fixed it right away. The fire pit needs a cover if not it’s too windy at night to use it. Make sure you bring slippers the flooring in the rooms along the bed hurt a lot.

BOOK THIS HOUSE! This air BnB could not have been more “Palm Springs”. Mid century modern decor, unbeatable views of the mountains, adorable pool, really fun astroturf design, super cool outdoor fire pit, hot tub, bbq, good size TVs in every room, good working AC, big fridge, off street covered parking, all the amenities (dishes, towels, toiletries). We will always look to rebook this house when we visit the valley.

We chose Palm Springs and the Alexander House for our Veterans Day “reset escape” so we could take a break from our monotonous COVID routines. Our our hard working veteran and our two stranded-at-home college students desperately needed a break and this PS trip delivered thanks to the Alexander House. The house was spotless and appointed nicely. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and inviting. The beds were super comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen was beautifully appointed with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The whole package was a home run. Loved this Palm Springs home in a quiet neighborhood for a weekend with my sisters and Dad. We thought it was too cool outside for the pool in January, but the separate hot tub was perfect! Comfortable beds and family room furniture. We were able to easily login to our online account to watch a movie on the tv. Be aware of the strict noise ordinances for all Palm Springs properties. This was not an issue for us, but something we did not know about before booking. We had a late checkin and had to go to the office the next day to complete the paperwork. Again, not a problem for us, but something to be aware of ahead of time. Would definintely stay here again!

This was the perfect house to stay in for our girls weekend in Palm Springs! It's super stylish yet comfortable and the outdoor space is perfect to spend the day lounging by the pool. There are strict rules regarding music and noise I recommend reading through the rental agreement thoroughly.

The home was clean, beautiful, and full of tons of great amenities. The pool was fantastic. It's one depth, about 5ft, no shallow end, but some big stairs to get in and out or lounge on. Plenty of furniture and umbrellas for the patio. We would've loved to enjoy the fire pit, but unfortunately it wasn't working during our stay. The decor of this place is extremely lovely. The pieces they picked throughout the entire place show the owner's great taste. I did find out, through the check-in process, that this home is also rented directly from its management company "Vacation Palm Springs." If you rent directly through them, it looks like you can avoid an extra $100+ in AirBnB fees. We would definitely stay here again, but we would book through them directly next time. The people working at the office (that you have to go to for check in) are VERY friendly and extremely accommodating and made checking in very simple! Again, it's beautiful!

House was nicely decorated, very comfortable. Those pillows were amazing! Unless you’re planning on swimming laps the pool was the perfect size & temperature. Definitely no need to pay extra to heat it in the summer. We heated the hot tub and that ended up being too hot. Showers were nice, appliances were great. Heads up there’s no pantry, so you have to bring any cofffee, oil, sugar, etc. and late checkout comes with a pricey fee (even for just a couple extra hours on a sunday) but had a great time and would stay here again!
