Fire up the built-in BBQ for alfresco meals, then gather around the fire pit under the stars or slip into the spa for a relaxing evening soak.

Pueblo Sol hit every expectation. The location and neighborhood was exceptional. The property was literally perfect for our stay. What put this property at 5-star+++... their communication. We did have questions upon arrival. For every inquiry, we received extremely prompt and accurate instructions and information. We felt like we had someone available to answer questions about the property almost immediately. I think we had 7 queries in the first 36 hours. Every question was answered promptly. I could easily rave about the property and its amenities, because it's legit. Comfortable, homey, and then comfortable. What stood out was the "customer service". I would happily stay at this property on every return visit. Also, if this is how ACME operates their properties, I will continue to reserve their properties. There was follow-up from, what I'm guessing was, one shift to the next. Our stay mattered.... and it showed. And personally to ACME... kudos. Incredible business model. Truly.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
