Catch some rays or read a good book on one of the elegant deck chairs. Just off this space is the built-in grilling area complete with bar seating for two: the perfect perch for sipping a cocktail and watching the waving palms.

The backyard also has choice spaces for gathering. There’s seating for six in the designer elephant leg chairs around the modern gas fire pit. Dine al fresco on the high-quality and comfortable outdoor dining table under the shady pergola—the dining set here accommodates eight.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property sleeps six guests between its three bedrooms. The luxurious primary suite has a comfortable king bed, full backyard access and mountain views through its sliding glass doors, and a modern en suite bath with bathtub and shower. The secondary bedroom, with a king size bed, also has access to the backyard through its sliding doors and access to the bathroom across the guest bedroom. You’ll also find a king bed in the guest bedroom with its own patio with sliding door access to a private front enclosed yard, along with a full bathroom just across the hall with a walk-in shower. All three bedrooms enjoy access to the outdoors.

THE LOCATION
This property is centrally located in Ranch Club Estates, near downtown Palm Springs and the airport. From here, the Palm Springs Air Museum and Art Museum are both close by, as is all the shopping, dining, and people watching of Palm Canyon Drive.
