We had a lovely stay at Coco-Cabana! The place is quiet & peaceful. Clean and well-stocked with all we needed. Pool & tennis courts were excellent. Staff was attentive to our questions and few minor house issues upon arrival.

Immaculate grounds, fun decor. Quiet and peaceful. Nice hiking trail only 1/2 mile away. Walkable to groceries and Walgreens. The unit was stocked with all the things you’d want as a guest.

This condo is so comfortable and the interior furnishings are beautiful, better than the pictures, loved the wallpaper. The owners have very a nice design sense. The bed was fabulous, I think it was a Satva. The kitchen had everything you would need. The towels were fluffy! The complex and grounds were impeccably maintained. Huge palms and lots of birds. It was quiet and relaxing, only ever a few people using the pool and hot tub. The tennis courts were in very good condition and always available. We will definitely be coming back! The view of the mountains was perfect!

We had a great week at the Coco Cabana. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is quiet but walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. We enjoyed the tennis/pickleball court as well. Highly recommend a stay here!

Chose Palm Springs for a quintessential, mid/century, modern experience, the accommodations did not disappoint! Lovely furniture, beautiful pops of colour, gorgeous artwork. It was a delight to stay here. Quiet and private, spent hours by the beautiful pool, taking in the stunning views. Can’t wait to return to the Coco!

This property was the best we have ever stayed in! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you could imagine. The bed was so comfortable, we want to buy the same one for our home! The views, the pool, the hot tub and the grounds are amazing. We loved everything about this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Also, check in with Vacasa was a breeze and they were so helpful and accommodating as well. We can’t wait to come back again!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön und mit allem eigerichtet was man so braucht. Alles sehr sauber, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Pool, sehr ruhige Umgebung. Check-in lief Einwandfrei. Alles in allem perfekt!

This little apartment was just perfect for 1-2 people. It has been beautifully decorated in MCM theme. It looked brand new from floor to ceiling. The kitchen was thoughtfully appointed with everything you need, including a good supply of spices! The grounds and pool area are very well-maintained. There are many citrus trees that you are encouraged to pick from too! We enjoyed sunning by the pool (saltwater btw) and taking a few dips to cool off. The other guests were all very friendly as well. The location is super convenient and it even came with its own covered parking spot. Also, the view from the pool/grounds is spectacular. I'd definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at this property. The cool Mid-Century modern decor, the pool and hot tub, the ideal PS location and the quiet landscaped grounds (complete with cute rabbits) made for a great week in Palm Springs. The bed was really comfortable and we appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The only glitch we experienced was a lost network connection to the smart TV. When I called Vacasa to help me trouble shoot - they sent Julian within an hour and he restored the connection quickly. His help enabled us to watch a highly anticipated football game. We couldn’t ask for better customer service. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is newly decorated using classic palm springs modern design. The towels, bedding, pillows, kitchen supplies, extra blankets were all new and top notch. Everything was there to give you a great home away from home experience, with a modern twist. The surrounding area has. lots of amenities within walking distance. The complex is quiet, the tennis courts are in great shape and the pool had a moderate amount of activity. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful, bright and clean unit...well furnished in a great location...minutes by car to everything. The area is very quiet so if you're looking for that, you found the right place....oh except for the 7:30 am weed whacker wake-up call we heard the morning after we arrived. The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool is lovely and the views from the pool are spectacular. Highly recommend.

The condo had everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The art work/decor was well done and everything was very clean upon arrival. Laundry is right around the corner and easy to use. We also loved using the heated pool and hot tub. Recommend!!!

We’ve been coming to Palm Springs for quite a while, and this Is by far the nicest home we’ve rented. Beautifully furnished in the mid-century modern vibe and is so comfortable! We loved the decor, and the pool and hot tub are wonderful too! The location is perfect - close to everything! We will definitely be back!
