THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property truly captures the Palm Springs vibe! The resort-style yard is spacious and well-planned, fully gated for privacy, with many different gathering places. The heated pool has 6 chaise lounges with shade umbrellas, and the large yard features a hammock, a spa, and a fire pit lounge. The shaded al fresco dining area and gas BBQ grill are also perfect for poolside dining. This property is pure mid-mod magic with lots of space for your entire group to spread out, relax, and enjoy.

There is parking for up to three vehicles in the carport and driveway. A 40-amp ChargePoint EV charging station is free of charge for overnight charging.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Citron Oasis is gorgeous in its simplicity—as Mr. Alexander and his architects intended. You'll find clean lines and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that let the light pour in, revealing the fabulous sun-drenched pool and yard. The beautiful kitchen is well-designed, with a natural-stone quartzite breakfast bar, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and all of the amenities anyone would need to cook in style. Everything has been updated for modern enjoyment with high-performance climate control, high-speed fiber internet, 3 flat-screen Smart TVs, and comfortable sleeping quarters. Mid-mod-inspired art and furnishings reinterpret the iconic midcentury style without sacrificing comfort.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms have been beautifully styled like a boutique hotel, each with its own unique vibe, and feature a hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a Queen bed and an en suite bath, with private backyard access. One guest bedroom has Two Twin Beds and access to the yard, and the other guest room features a Queen Bed with a desk in case anyone needs to take a Zoom call. Both guest bedrooms share easy access to the hall bathroom.

THE LOCATION
Racquet Club Estates is a very popular residential neighborhood that is close to the airport, convention center, and casino. It is a walkable neighborhood located less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive with its fantastic restaurants, clubs, art galleries, shopping, cabarets, and nightlife! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places, and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.

We loved this mid century modern house. Everything was clean a beautifully put together. These guys have studied closely all the things you would want in a Palm Springs air bnb and beautifully supplied them. The backyard pool and surrounding yard is fabulous. The beds are very comfortable, the linens were fabulous and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. They even provided a portable record player and records! I just wanna go back!

Absolutely lovely home! Updated, creative decor throughout, very well stocked on little incidentals and amenities, above average toiletries and glassware/dishes, good indoor sound system, comfy beds. The outdoor space is the highlight— the pool, the mid mod umbrellas and patio curtains, the enormous hedge providing total privacy in all directions, a perfect little lawn, a hammock staring up at the towering palms (and stars at night,) and the hot tub and fire pit area. I went with 3 friends and we seriously considered just parking ourselves by the pool and not leaving for 3 days, so this would be a great place for that kind of vacay. The ONLY things that might be good to know: it’s a residential neighborhood and doing anything meant getting in a car/Lyft. And for a friend group, there is a huge gap between the 2 gorgeous queen bedrooms vs. the very small two-twin room— someone is going to be drawing the short stick so be ready. Amazing place!!! A gem.

Very nice house. Well equipped with everything you need for an easy + enjoyable stay. The backyard is very well done and a great place to enjoy Palm Springs. Not a highly walkable location, but makes up for it by being in a central launching point for Joshua Tree, Indian Canyon, golf, etc.

Pretty decor, very clean home, kitchen well equipped and beautiful backyard - but overall a rather small house for 6. Second hall Bathroom too small to be used as powder and guests of two bedrooms and no lock on the door. The BBQ did not have gas and we didn’t get a response until next day. The house is meant for 6 guests but towels were provided for only 4 people. The management company was slow to respond but they were accommodating once they did. I would say that it is perfect for 4 adults but a little cramped for 6.

We loved our stay at the Citron Oasis. My partner and I came with our 2 dogs for my birthday, and had friends join us for one night of our stay. The pool was FABULOUS and the setup with the loungers and umbrellas feels like a private hotel. Our dogs absolutely loved the fenced-in grassy yard - they chased butterfly shadows all day. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking (except for some reason there was no salt?) and the design of the interior is quite lovely and simple, with cool PS touches. Our one gripe was that the beds were surprisingly small (maybe double beds - didn't even feel like queens) with mattresses and pillows that were not super comfy. But this was minor in the scheme of things. It was great to be so close to downtown PS and we really had an awesome time. One other thing to be aware of is that Palm Springs has incredibly strict neighborhood ordinances - no playing music outside, for example. And ACME will call to remind you. :) Thanks for a great trip!

Great stay, just as described! The place was absolutely beautiful (the backyard was so relaxing and huge) clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! Only one small hiccup. The propane wasn’t filled so we couldn’t grill the first night, but the host resolved it quickly and was super responsive. Excellent customer care—would definitely stay again!
