OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
There’s nothing like waking on a beautiful Palm Springs morning and sliding open your door to stroll onto the pool deck in your private backyard. Grab your coffee and settle into one of many lounge areas on comfortable outdoor furniture. Stretch out on a sun lounger, curl up in a cushioned chair in the shade of the covered patio, or enjoy breakfast at the outdoor dining table. The pool with its waterfall feature — set against a vintage Casitas del Monte Hotel sign — is the stunning centerpiece of the backyard. Reserve the sun shelf for those who love to dip their toes in the water, soothe sore muscles in the built-in spa, or refresh in the outdoor shower. Evenings call for grilling and al fresco dining, followed by cocktails around the fire.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
In the spacious living room, curl up on a comfortable sofa, gather for movies on the wall-mounted flatscreen, or play a game at the café table beside the dramatic feature wall. The second living area features a social-media-worthy green velvet sofa set against artful built-ins. For more intimate conversation, relax in a pair of colorful high-backed chairs in their own private corner. Just beyond the kitchen, the cocktail bar sits in its own alcove with glass walls opening to the pool — the perfect place for happy hour. When it’s time to dine, a stylish dining space with seating for six awaits.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
A split floor plan provides plenty of privacy for families, couples, or groups of friends. On one side of the home, a King bedroom has a full bathroom in the hall and sliding glass doors opening directly to the pool. On the other side are two additional bedrooms, one with a King and the other with two Queens. In the King suite, the open-concept bedroom and bathroom share one space with a partial wall for privacy, plus direct access to the built-in spa.

The third bedroom includes two Queen beds, an ensuite bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer, and direct outdoor access for easy poolside convenience. Each stylish retreat features a flatscreen TV and a boutique-hotel vibe.

Perfect stay for Modernism Week

4 adults for 8 nights. Loved the house and would recommend. Acme Property Management was very responsive. Took us a couple days to get the trick of pool & spa heat management. Pool was not heated when we arrived, but was warm the next morning. Backyard/pool lighting made for a beautiful place to enjoy after dark. Parking and gating was very easy. Only complaint was the palm berries that littered the entire concrete area and pool.(high winds the day before we arrived, the neighbors palms have been unkept for a very long time and overhang this property back fence) we spent a significant amount of time cleaning them up-super sticky and stain everything. Beds were super comfortable. There was a full size coffee maker and a bag of coffee & creamer on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our girl's trip. Plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Walkable to downtown Palm Springs. Close to a a great bakery/coffee shop. Only hiccup was the dryer did not work but after we contacted them they were immediately on it. A repairman was out within a couple of hours. (This was on a weekend) Appeared to be an electrical issue that was not able to get fixed in time before we left. After the repairman left I promptly got a call from ACME apologizing for the problem and that they would have housekeeping pickup our wet clothes to have them dried and returned back the same day. Appreciated the offer and quick response. Would definitely stay there again and would look at other properties by ACME because of how they handled the dryer issue. No complaints from the six of us that stayed there.

This rental was the perfect place to spend our holiday! The house was decorated beautifully, very clean, and the outdoor space felt secluded and private. My husband and I have found our annual home away from home get away. I knew as soon as we walked through the gate that we were in for a special week of rest and relaxation- and we got just that… I didn’t want to leave! The landscaping was beautiful and neat, the pool and hot tub area make you feel like you’re in a movie. It’s so quiet, clean, and tranquil. The house was stunning and beyond clean from the furniture and decor to every kitchen item needed- this property has it all. A clean working gas grill to boot. While the property is close to dining, shopping, and site seeing- the home is so immaculate we barely left the property. This will be our annual home away from home get away- can’t give it enough stars.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
