The private backyard at Casa Del Solstice is an entertainer’s dream. A heated pool with an integrated waterfall spa sits at the heart of the property, surrounded by chaise lounges for soaking up the sun. Multiple gathering areas make it easy for your group to spread out and relax—from the fire pit lounge to two alfresco dining areas, plus a built-in BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind, featuring hotel-quality mattresses, flat-screen TVs, and ample storage. The master suite offers a King bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool. Two guest rooms with Queen beds share a full hall bathroom. A detached casita provides added privacy with a California King bed, ensuite bath, kitchenette, desk, and its own patio—perfect for couples or guests who prefer their own space.

Perfect for our Two Weeks in Palm Springs

I was nervous to book this property since there were no reviews and I rely heavily on reviews before booking places, but I needn't have worried! Casa Del Solstice worked out great for us. My husband and I spent 15 nights there. The first week we were alone and enjoyed the pool which has both sunny and shady spots to make everyone happy. We also loved how many amazing restaurants are within 2 miles of Sunny Soul! The management company sent us an extensive list of nearby restaurants, but we found tons more that were more upscale. Book early for the Purple Room live music, but also check out Copley's, Miro's, Birba, and Eight4Nine. Love that everything is so close yet the house is far enough away not to hear traffic. I love that the two king-sized bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. The second week my in-laws joined us so the separation worked out great. Our two adult daughters joined us for a few nights to see their grandparents and the house did not feel crowded even with 6 adults. Everything ran smoothly and I loved the landscaping and privacy of Casa Del Solstice. I wish the indoor furniture were more comfortable, but that is the mid-century style. Know that while the pool is heated, it isn't super warm. It was warm enough, but we would have preferred it to be a few degrees warmer since we were there in February before the air was hot. My only complaint is a small one, but easily rectifiable by the management company that uses only flat sheets on the bed. The...

Amazing stay!

Our stay was phenomenal. Everything was so nice, yet practical for everyday use. It was decorated perfectly for the Palm Springs vibe, and so clean that it looked like a brand new house. The pool was so refreshing for those hot desert days, and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day looking at the stars. We cooked most of our meals at the house instead of going out, and we honestly had more equipment and utensils than we do at our own home. There were really nice appliances, a wine cooler, and a grill for outside use. Bedrooms were cool, clean, and the beds were very comfortable and nice. The house is also located a short drive away from the Main Street in downtown Palm Springs. Would stay here again for sure!

Fabulous Palm Springs Home

Stayed at Casa Del Solstice to celebrate my daughter's birthday. There were 3 of us so we had more than enough room. The house is so comfortable, bright and inviting. The owners clearly put their heart and soul into decorating the home. Everything you could possibly want was there. Kitchen is beyond well stocked. Beds comfortable. TV's in every room which is a nice extra touch. The pool was just perfect. Lots of floaty's so we literally laid in the pool all day. The patio and yard were very private which we appreciated. All in all a perfectly relaxing stay. Can't wait to go back!

Loved the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, the view!! The house is retro and charming. The property is clean and well kept. The whole vibe of the house is relaxing. We were there with another couple. Great privacy and common areas. We’ll be back!

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
