Great place to stay! At first we had trouble getting into the place cause we couldn't find the code, but called them and they were very helpful and responsive. The place is as described had everything we needed. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautifully decorated with lots of decor, detail, and storage if you are looking to unpack your things. The outside area is super cute. The kitchen is well stocked and the home was very clean. If you are looking for use of the hot tub, beware that you have to pay for the pool heat as well for the entire length of your stay. Something to note is that this is a neighborhood/property you should totally rent if you are looking for a very relaxing, quiet experience. This was my first time booking in Palm Springs proper, I usually stay in other surrounding desert cities and the ordinances are really strict re: noise, parking, occupancy etc. This is no fault of the rental property, just something to be aware of!

The property is beautiful inside and out. The decorator created a lovely, unique space reflecting the mid century modern vibe of Palm Springs. We enjoyed sitting outside with a view of the palm trees when the weather was warm. Having the kitchen cabinets labeled saved us time searching for just the right item. The location is within easy driving distance of restaurants and the downtown area. Be sure the company sends the gate code, not just the door code.

The place was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The additional fees for pool and hot tub heat are not accurately described in the listing though. Additionally, if you have to call to speak to anyone be prepared to spend a decent amount of time on hold.

We love staying at this place for a long weekend. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood where it was easy to walk our dog around. The place is also walking distance to a cute coffee shop, and we also walked to a restaurant and a tiki bar a little further away. It was also very accessible to the Aerial Tramway a short Uber ride away. In fact, everything was a short Uber ride away, so we didn't really need a car. The house was spotless and well-organized, we didn't really cook, but the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need including small appliances. The pool area was beautifully maintained and the perfect size for a couple. The only thing to watch out is that the heat can only be turned on for either the pool or the hot tub, but not both at the same time. The bathrooms were very clean, but I would recommend to bring your own body wash as the tiny soaps that were provided were not enough. The fireplace/fire pits were a nice touch for a stay during winter.

This condo is on the north side of Palm Springs. It is a great location for aerial tramway, Joshua Tree, and the city. The lay out of the unit is very useful for indoor and outdoor living. The landscaping is beautiful. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked for any type of cooking. We needed a repair and Turnkey was very prompt with replies. They could make the entry process easier (a gate, front door and garage entry code). We were there for 8 days and would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying here. It's perfect for the two of us. I love the property. It's almost like your own little compound. I love the different outdoor areas which is where we spend 90% of our time. The pool gets sun all day until 4 or 5 p.m. but there's also awnings that bring shade if you don't want to be directly in the sun. We've never heard any neighbors either times we've stayed and we stay a week at a time (except a dog bark maybe two times while outside). It's close enough to a grocery store and what I call the downtown strip but far enough from the hustle & bustle which is what we prefer. I always bring items from home no matter where we stay but this place has plenty of what you need (bedding, kitchenware, toiletries, etc). The pictures are pretty much spot on except for the new leather couch with loungers. The management company was very attentive via text & email to make sure all was well. It's definitely our go to and we'll be back.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I. Not too big and not too small. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed and weren't expecting. I dislike clutter and bulky furniture so the minimalist decor and furniture made me feel more at home. We spent about 8 hours a day using the pool, spa, and multiple seating areas in the front and back of the house which was a plus. Everywhere you turned there was some sort of greenery which we love. Some of the greenery needs tender loving care especially by the pool but its the desert so its understandable. From day one the Turnkey staff were in contact and responsive to any texts I sent. An issue occured with the pool one evening and they made it a point to contact a pool technician that could come out to rectify the issue even late at night. They called the next day to offer a discount for the time we were unable to use the pool. Kudos to Kelli the pool technician. He was very friendly and thorough when fixing the issue and also when he came out a couple of days later to clean the pool. Having the pool cleaned multiple times a week was great. We enjoyed the location because of the quiet and being far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a quick 5 minute drive or bike ride. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back in a few months.

We have been reluctant to travel during the pandemic but our concerns were immediatly put to rest when we arrived at the condo. It was incredibly clean and beautiful. It was the absolute perfect condo for younger kids (7&10) and pets. The many patios gave the indoor/outdoor living that makes Palm Springs a perfect getaway. We enjoyed the private pool and jacuzzi immensely and were near enough to the condo's main pool that the kids could easily go back and forth, in fact we had the main condo pool to ourselves the entire time. And although we were in a condo complex it was so quiet and private that we felt like we were the only ones around for miles. We could easily hang out as a family on all of the comfy patios or find our own quiet patios surrounding the condo for a quiet afternoon nap. The kiddos had plenty of room to have fun while still being safely surrounded by the patio walls for us parents to sit back and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It was truly a dream vacation. We have a pool and jacuzzi at our own home, but there is something so much more relaxing about being in a home with no chores, just water and sun and good family memories! The kids literally cried when we left so we are already looking at booking again in a couple of months. Thank you Turn Key and whoever own the condo. We can't wait to come back!

Only complaint, and I think it is the management company, no flexibility on check in and check out time. In effect you lose 6 hours. It will influence future choices all other things be equal or nearly equal.

We travelled to Palm Springs from the Bay Area. Condo was perfect for our family with 2 kids and a dog. My boys loved both the small pool and the larger pool right behind the condo. My husband accidentally reset the door code and Turnkey was easily reached and clear about how to reset it. The condo has been well-kept and is nicely stocked. I had brought our own olive oil, etc, but all the basics were already there. Location was perfect for our car-centric needs and we also enjoyed walking around the new developments with the dog.

We enjoyed our holiday weekend stay. The place was very clean. Had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 day holiday. The pool albeit on the small side, was really all we needed for the 2 of us. The is a larger community pool outside the back gate. The BBQ is gas, so no tank needed. There is a cocktail bar area that has everything you would need to make mixed drinks. We enjoyed playing a couple of the board games that are provided for guests, The entire place felt very private and safe. We would definitely book again.

This property was so cute modern with flair for the mid century. Pool and hot tub were nice a little confusing to figure out last couple days were cold. There were lots of towels and great amenities. There was construction every morning which was a little annoying because your not supposed to be loud in this neighborhood at all. We got a complaint. But I would stay here again. It was perfect for 3-4 people.
