This home sits in a great location to enjoy some peace and quiet while still being within a few miles from downtown, the airport, and the foothills! Head out each morning to one of the various trailheads in the area and beat the heat on a lovely walk as you look out to the valley below. For even better views, make your way to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway located six miles from your front door. On the way home, head into downtown and grab a bite to eat at a local eatery, as there are unlimited choices that will not disappoint!

Things to Know
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spat can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Had a wonderful time! Only issue was that the previous guests left all 5 bins of trash filled to the brim and garbage day had already passed. I called the host right away and they eased our worries and were very kind. The pool guy did show up through the back unannounced which was a bit alarming. I wish they would’ve knocked on the door and identified themselves. Over than that everything was clean and organized. Would 100% stay again.

Great house! My family stayed here for Easter, plenty of space for 10 people. Beautiful backyard and pool. We loved the putting green too! Close to downtown Palm Springs. There were a few hiccups since management had just changed, but they were responsive and worked to remedy any issues.

Everything was spotless! Excellent location - very quick walk to the Albertsons food store and a short drive to town. The pool and hot tub water was crystal clear and had a great outdoor atmosphere - plenty of outdoor seating for all. We had 9 people in the 5 bedrooms - we all slept well and yet still felt like we had our own space! We did one of the 1,000 piece puzzles on-hand over the course of the weekend, perfect way to spend that in-between time. We would come back !

We loved our stay in Palm Springs. The house was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. The living arrangements met our large groups needs very well and the arrangement of the house allowed us to eat meals together (with 10 people) very easily!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, large rooms, many amenities, games, etc. Only complaint would have been the tv remotes all being in the wrong rooms and some needing batteries. Internet was in and out a bit and effected our tv viewing. But overall, would definitely stay there again. So much to do, foosball, video games, board games, jacuzzi, pool, putting green, cards. Clean and bright and layout was great.

Perfect for Eight

Annually the 8 of us have been vacationing in Palm Springs for approximately 30 years. We have stayed in many houses but this property is one our favorites. The house is very comfortable. All of us can easily sit comfortably in the kitchen and family area as we eat and/or play games. There is some wear and tear on the dining table. Unable to select a drying setting because the dryer is on the top of the stackable. The water in the right side master bathroom shower may run onto the floor. No barrier to keep the water in the shower area. Just be careful. Lastly, if paying to heat the pool, be aware that the sun does affect the pool’s heating system. Overall, this is a great property and we look forward to returning next year. ????????

Please know that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities. Our local manager confirmed that the table is still in decent condition, the owner is aware of regular wear and tear, and tablecloths are available. The dryer cannot be relocated, laundry hookups are only in the laundry closet, and space is limited. The step stool is available for shorter guests and smarTV apps - they are working fine for our inspectors, possible user error. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and allowing us to clarify the situation. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

Great house for a weekend away with another family!

This house and backyard were beautiful! Very spacious. Kids had a blast between the pool, ping pong, foosball, putting green or spacious frontyard. Beds were comfortable. I wish the showers heads came off wall. Hard to wash the kids hair so we had them take bath instead. AC worked great! Bbq worked. Sucked not being able to play music outside. They had pool floats for the kids (Maybe left from previous guest) ice maker was awesome! I would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful & Spacious House for Big Group!

This vacation house was perfect for our big group of 9 adults who were in Palm Springs for festival season. We enjoyed the beautiful interior but spent most of our time hanging outside and chilling by the pool. We loved that the kitchen had enough plates, cups and cooking utensils and were grateful for the beach towels that were available to use. Everyone had enough space and their own rooms- we loved the 2 master bedrooms with the tubs! The plane noise wasn’t that bad considering we spent our mornings outside however it is still pretty loud. The whole check in process was easy and we opted for a later check out. Not too many clean up rules but we made sure to leave it nice and tidy. Thank you for this experience! Will definitely consider booking this house the next time we are in PS!

Worked well for our family vacation with our adult children and their kids. Appreciated having the things we needed to “live” like laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Ice make didn’t work. We did have a leak under the kitchen sink and they handled it promptly and the plumber was very nice and professional. Guys enjoyed the putting green and the pool was lovely and heated as we requested. Very good overall stay. Thank you!!!

Super Clean!

We really loved this house. It was very clean and a perfect setup to bring a dog to. We had 7 adults and everyone had more than enough space to hang out together in the common areas. The rooms were nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Truly Paradise

Our family of seven enjoyed the abundance of open space, both inside and outside. There is so much about this house that we loved -- there was a putting green which we shared so much fun at. An amazing pool with a hot tub, we all enjoyed just getting up and jumping in the pool or having a nice hot tub before we went to bed. Three of the bedrooms had doors that went right out to the pool so that in itself was truly amazing. We had a outside grill which was amazing and there was also a outdoor sitting area with a propane fireplace (we did not use this only because we just took advantage of the pool and played cards inside in the evenings). The property is directly under the flight path to/from Palm Springs Airport, but it wasn't an issue we actually enjoyed watching the planes come and go. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything you would need, very clean, comfortable, with high end furniture -- this property was truly amazing and was better than expected -- we would definitely go back. 5 Stars!!!

Nice vacation rental for group

This vacation rental was in a good location in proximity to the airport and downtown area. The check in/check out process and communication with Vacasa was efficient. The house was clean and the backyard area provided our group with something for everyone (fire pit, putting green, pool/spa, grilling area). The only drawback of the house was the internet, our group was unable to connect to wifi and had to use a hotspot from a phone to get the TV's to work. It is also worth noting that the pool and spa are connected. So, if you don't heat the pool, the spa will be cold too. We realized this upon arrival and called Vacasa right away. Their team turned the heat on and sent someone out a few hours later to make sure everything was working properly. It heated up within a day.

Oasis in the Desert

California Vacation Villa was the oasis we needed in the heat. The pool was totally refreshing and cool with the waterfalls and changing lights, as was the jacuzzi. The fire pit was nice for s’mores and the putting green was fun for all in our party. Inside the house had many tvs with all sorts of choices of movies and live tv. There was also a really nice foosball game and plenty of sitting and dining area. Kitchen was stocked well enough and we cooked or barbecued every night. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING !!!!

This home was Beautiful. Super clean, great for my family kids loved the clean pool and the adults love the amazing hot tube. All the room were beautiful and the master is amazing huge tub and an amazing shower. We would love to come back again for sure.

Huge, comfortable, clean, fun!

This house was fantastic! It very much felt like a "luxury" rental. Everything was as-pictured or better than expected - VERY clean, comfortable, high-end furniture, hardware, appliances, etc. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with nice pots and pans, a huge variety of dishware, etc. The pool set-up is so much fun and beautifully done - the beach-style entrance is so great for kids. We did end up heating it as it was quite cold when we arrived and we were very glad we did. All-in-all, we had a great stay and made full use of all the amenities!

The house looks EXACTLY like the pictures. Close to downtown Palm Springs but very easy to get to the rest of the Coachella Valley. Would stay here again.

A Wonderful House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the location was close to shopping and attractions making the location quite convenient. It was neat and adequately stocked and organized which was a huge plus. The security gate was also a nice feature and we loved the fire pit!

This is a spectacular house! Most impressed by the layout: The pool access to the house is so utilitarian. Every house with a pool should be designed this way. We each had our own door from the pool that opened directly into our own bathroom or bedroom...No more walking through the house to use the restroom or change into clothes. It was brilliant! The dog friendly yard was perfect because the house is gated so our dog could hang with us near the pool, then run out front to roll on the much appreciated grass when she wanted a break from the warm cement. Often we sat out front on the grass with our dog to enjoy the breeze in the evening and watch the sunset skies over San Jacinto. The patio, located off the kitchen and family room, was perfect for grilling, and the house had everything we needed to do that. The spa, the water features, it was all so incredibly pleasant. We were a small group, but I'd love to bring my whole family here. And did I mention, it was so sparkling clean, remodeled to perfection, an all around treat.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was very nice and exactly what we had in mind for our 4 night family getaway. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and several common areas, there was room for everyone to spread out comfortably and relax. We really enjoyed the access to a variety of fun activities including the pool/spa, putting green, ping pong table and Foosball table. There was always something to keep everyone busy the entire time during our stay. Also, we really appreciated how close it was to amenities that made the easy and worry free for the adults. There are two major grocery stores only two minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Splendid Stay

This house is managed by a management company and they certainly run a great operation. Check in was quick and by the time we got from the rental office to the property, a rep was there to walk us through everything. The house has everything you could ever need. It’s modern clean and just so relaxing. We loved it. Loved having a washer dryer on property and the 4 baths were a nice plus. This may be one of the best finds in Palm Springs.

Worth Every Penny

Rented this property in the middle of June, for a week just me and the wife with a few rotating overnight guest. The property layout was perfect for entertaining, kitchen was fine for my chef wife to work her magic, pool area , Jacuzzi and bbq were great. The location is convenient to everything - we would go back in a heart beat, had a blast, the folks at Vacation Palm Springs were extremely helpful including Mary who found a bag full of clothes that we left behind. P.S. the Ribeye at Trio's is a can't miss!!!

Wonderful Vacation Experience

Property was clean and well maintained with all the amenities you could require Sergio was great and so wonderful to work with when I had to make changes to my reservation. Jeff was just as great when we blew a fuse at the house and couldn't locate the breaker box...he was friendly and followed up with the owner to assist us. I would definitely utilize your team on a future visit and have already recommended Vacation Palm Springs to others based on this experience.

Fun in the Sun!

Four friends and I rented this home for a 40th birthday weekend. It was perfect! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. In addition, The pool and jacuzzi were heated to perfection. I was extremely happy with the entire experience! The customer service was excellent. All email questions prior to our trip were answered promptly and cheerfully.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved having lots of room to spread out and relax. The house, yard, and pool were all great. Would be nice to have a few more serving dishes such as a big salad bowl, platter, etc. Great service from reservations (Portia) when I accidentally booked the wrong house. Super-fast response to a concern about the pool heating equipment.
