Marvelous, Dog/Family-Friendly House w/Private Grill, Outdoor Pool, Attached Spa

This was a lovely place to stay. The pool and patio was perfect, with plenty of shade for hot days. We enjoyed seeing so many birds while relaxing out back, particularly the tiny hummingbirds. The layout of the house was quite nice with good common areas as well as privacy for sleeping. Everything worked well and the place was clean and well maintained. One of the nicer Airbnb stays I have had recently, I would stay here again!

This was a beautiful stay for a long weekend. The location was great-close to shopping, groceries and dining options. The backyard provided a wonderful hang out spot and the pool was perfect for cooling off. Shout out to Roxie who was quick to help in a professional and friendly manner. We would definitely book again!

the place was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay. The only inconvenience was the propane tanks were empty when attempting to BBQ and had to purchase our own but would absolutely stay again.

The house has a great layout including the backyard pool and barbaque area. The garage was also very nice to have. Pool amenities were great including the lounge chairs and tables, umbrellas, nice pool towels and rafts. Nicely decorated in the mid-century modern style, and in a great neighborhood with similar style houses. We would definitely stay there again.

The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of space for your family to enjoy. It was very clean with all the amenities. The pool was relaxing. Outside space was peaceful. The home is dog friendly and the yard had plenty of space for them to romp. Would definitely rebook!

Super clean home with a well-equipped kitchen. There were an abundance of towels for poolside activities and the check in process was smooth. The WiFi was decent in house but it did not extend to the pool area. Overall this was a great experience.

My wife and I commend the owner and Vacasa for providing a beautiful home for our six day vacation which was very enjoyable. The house was modern, well-maintained, private, in a quiet neighborhood. We experienced only a couple of problems which were resolved promptly by the Vacasa Staff.

We really enjoyed the space. It had a lot of room for my family of five. It was clean. The properly is a bit outdated but was comfortable. The pool was such a nice treat in the heat. There was swim floaties to use. The only issue we had was we found little ants in the toaster when we went to use it. I addressed it with the manager and they replied quickly.

This was my first time using Vrbo (i.e. Vacasa). Despite the check-in process being a little more confusing than other vacation rental services I've used, the stay itself was great. Even though the pictures on the listing were obviously edited/touched up, but the property was pretty much as shown. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good, convenient location. The house itself was obviously showed a little wear and tear, but it served it's purpose. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe next time we'll use the pool/jacuzzi.

I took my family for an impromptu Labor Day holiday weekend and we all had a great time! The check in process was easy, the house was clean and looked just like the pictures. They had games and pool toys for the kids. The beds were really comfortable and all the necessary items to cook in the kitchen and on the grill. We will definitely be back!

This is my third time staying at this home and I love it more and more each time! It’s clean, updated, stylish, comfortable, well stocked with all the the things (plush pool towels, floaties, kitchen supplies, etc) plus the shade next to the pool and the umbrellas are a game changers. It is the perfect place to stay to get some sun and relax!

My husband and I needed a quick getaway & Palm Springs was the perfect destination. It was pretty warm out and the pool was refreshing and kept us cool. In the evening , the spa hit the spot! The back yard has the perfect amount of afternoon shade just when you need it, but lots of opportunities to soak up the sun. The style, furnishing & layout of the house are great - nice and bright, rocking AC & the bathrooms are like being in a spa - super nice and new! The kitchen had everything we needed & the magnet collection is fun to browse. Overall, we'd stay here again for sure! Great value!

Great stay in Palm Springs We had a great stay at this Palm Springs home. First of all, my family and I all agreed that the house was well-kept and immaculately clean. With our infant, puppy, & elderly parents, its a great place to lay low to enjoy each other‘s company and baby time. The pool and yard was beautifully kept. Bedrooms, beds, furniture, bathrooms were all really clean, comfortable, well maintained, and showed very little, if any wear. I’ve stayed in several homes over the years & I gotta state that this kitchen was well prepped to cook meals. Knives were sharp, utensils up to date, good pots & pans, everything we needed to cook a few great meals at home. Food options were short distance away, grocery shopping, deli, solid food options, we’re all within a 5 minute drive with no traffic, congestion, or confusion. We had a cherished family experience staying here. Thank you Vacasa.

The house was clean and roomy with a nice kitchen to make some family meals. There was also a grill to use by the pool. The rooms were comfy and clean. They provided lots of towels for the pool which we used everyday we were there. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the Palm Springs weather.

This is a great vacation spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet, great kitchen to cook and back yard is perfect to chill with a bottle of Rose and swim or sauna.

Such a great weekend getaway! Nice open layout of the common areas, and some fun art pieces to look at! The pool was perfect for our kiddos. Would love to come back and spend more time lounging outside. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly.

We wanted a family getaway and this house was awesome. We brought our 3 dogs with us and with the enclosed backyard and pool it was perfect. Even on really windy days you noticed nothing in the back by the pool. Highly recommend this residence for a family retreat, especially if you want to bring your pets (pet friendly house).

My family and I had a very nice stay here. We enjoyed the pool and spa so much! The backyard is perfect for grilling and hanging out all day. The bathrooms and rooms were great. No complaints. Also, it is a very short drive to the downtown area.

Big, super clean, comfortable home in a great location in Palm Springs. The yard is a highlight with the lovely pool and shaded dining areas, all set against a dramatic mountain backdrop. Well stocked with lots of extra towels, linens, etc. A few things to be aware of though: SERVICE: The property is managed by a company called Vacasa, which has incredibly long wait times right now to talk to anyone. I was required to call to set up pool heating and was on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. POOL: If you're renting the home outside of the summer months, pay the daily fee to heat the pool otherwise it's frigid (desert nights get really cold and bring down the temp of the water). At $50 a day, it can add quite a bit to the nightly fee but it's worth it and pretty standard for Palm Springs rentals. FAMILY FRIENDLY: The home is listed as family friendly - while it would be great for families with older kiddos, I wouldn't call it family friendly for babies and toddlers. There is no fence around the pool so you have to be super, super vigilant when out there with kids. And there is no tub (only showers) so bathing is tricky with babies/toddlers.

A beautiful Palm-Springs chic home with an amazing hotub/pool combo. The home has an incredible open design perfect for warm conversations and inclusive exchanges. There is plenty of wonderful room to play outside and seating for any time of day and weather! The views of the mountains at dusk are especially delightful. Not to mention, this house is a perfect short drive away from any/all amenities you would need to start off the weekend right!

I stayed here with my family for a couple of nights in an effort to get out LA and relax. We stayed at the home the entire time hanging out, swimming, and cooking. The home was spacious and comfortable. We all especially enjoyed the outside pool area. Throughout the day various parts of the pool was shaded due to the house and trees which was perfect since the sun can be brutal. Check in was simple and convenient. I would stay here again!

The spot was great and there was more room than expected. There is a long hallway towards the bathrooms and leads to the queen and king beds. There were plenty of blankets and towels available as well. Vacation Palm Springs were great people and the check in was flawless. The pool was also fun!
