With plenty of privacy, stunning mountain views, and a large, shimmering pool, it’s designed for relaxation. With multiple lounge areas, an outdoor TV, cornhole, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and outdoor dining all set around a dazzling pool, there’s nothing to do but relax.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Whether you’re seeking pure relaxation, endless entertainment, or a little bit of both, you’ll find it in the backyard. Whether watching TV or gathering around the fireplace, it’s warm, cozy, and welcoming. Just beyond the living room is the open dining space with a table for four offering picture-perfect views of the backyard oasis. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining spaces, with Viking appliances, a wine fridge, a huge kitchen island with seating for four, and a picture window showcasing the pool. There is also a full LG washer and dryer just beyond the kitchen.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
With three beautifully designed bedrooms, this home has the perfect layout for families. The spacious primary suite features a King bed, a huge flatscreen TV, a sitting area, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and glass sliders with access to the backyard. In the second bedroom, twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower make for the perfect kids’ room. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, a crib, a desk, sliders to the backyard, and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower just next door.
