Welcome to Boho Modern - an absolutely stunning midcentury pool home in the historic Racquet Club Estates Neighborhood - close to the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive! Designed by starchitect William Krisel in 1961 - and updated and expanded for the way we live today. This fully renovated designer home captures the sophisticated vibe of nostalgic Palm Springs while being very current at the same time. Beds: K,Q,K,K (other, other)

The Main House has 3 Bedrooms / 2 Baths while the detached casita has an additional King Master Suite, a living room, full bath and poolside service kitchen.

The fabulous yard features a large in-ground pool w/ a spa and tanning deck, a fire pit, a gas BBQ, al fresco dining, and a lounge area. The opposite end of the yard features a covered living pavilion w/ another lounge area, a dining table that accommodates up to 12 guests, and a napping teepee! There's even ping pong! Breathtaking mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this property, making it the perfect place for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the magic of Southern California glamour - designed in true Palm Springs style. The mountain views are absolutely spectacular. The backyard itself is so private, spacious and well-planned. The huge yard has a pool w/ a spa and tanning deck, a fire feature, a lounge area, al fresco dining, and a gas BBQ on one end. The opposite end of the yard features a covered living pavilion w/ another lounge area, a dining table for up to 12 guests, and a napping teepee. There's also an outdoor shower. This property is pure mid mod magic w/ lots of space for your entire group to spread out, relax and enjoy.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This iconic mid mod vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. It's been completely remodeled - yet still honors the home's classic midcentury architecture - preserving its clean lines, open concept floor plan, and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. Everything has been updated for the way we live today w/ high performance climate control, high speed internet, flatscreen TVs in every bedroom, a washer and dryer, and a well stocked kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances. This property is gorgeous yet livable - it's the type of place where you can put your feet up and relax.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The Master Suite in the main house has a King bed, an en suite bathroom, and convenient access to the backyard. The second Guest Room has a Queen bed and the third Guest Room has a King bed. Both Guest Rooms share easy access to the hallway bathroom. The detached Guest Casita features a second Master Suite w/ a King bed and flatscreen TV - plus its own living room (also w/ a flatscreen TV), kitchenette, bathroom, and direct access to the backyard and outdoor living pavilion. The Casita Living Room has two fabulous napping sofas - perfect for children, tweens and the occasional overflow guest.

THE LOCATION
Racquet Club Estates is a very popular residential neighborhood that is close to the airport, convention center, and casino. It is a walking neighborhood located less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive w/ its fantastic restaurants, clubs, art galleries, shopping, cabarets and nightlife! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are also close by.

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean and spacious and accommodated the 6 of us very well! The casita was awesome as was the pool and hot tub. We also loved the grill and lounge area outside. The only thing missing was the napping tepee that was advertised. Overall a great stay! We’d definitely stay again.

Even though it was less than ideal weather conditions, we had an amazing stay. The house and back yard were beautifully designed. And it was great to start each morning with a swim and soak in the hot tub before golfing. Will definitely consider for future family trips. You can’t beat the proximity to all the great shops and restaurants Palm Springs has to offer

What a wonderful house. The property is actually bigger than the pictures let on. It was so great to have so many different areas to enjoy in the backyard. It’s too bad we had so many wedding festivities because we didn’t get to spend as much time in the house! My only complaint is there was no pantry in the kitchen to shove all our food! Otherwise it was very well appointed. Lots of towels. They even had water bottles that we could take on our hike to Joshua Tree. Very smart! Loved it and would go back.

Perfect Vacation!

This home was perfect for what we were looking for! Our family of four (six, including our two yorkies) really needed a home away from home during the pandemic. The weather can be pretty gloomy here in Seattle, so a two-week stay in Palm Springs was exactly what we needed. This home sits on a huge piece of property that was meticulously maintained and the house was uber clean. It was like our own private sanctuary. Huge pool, oversized outdoor spa, lots of grass for games, ping pong table, multiple outdoor dining areas, BBQ pit and more. The big bonus room in the casita was perfect for movie nights too. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and well-maintained. We're bringing friends next time!

The house is great! The yard is huge! The casita is one of the best we’ve seen in Palm Springs. Minor cons are the location is north Palm Springs so a car is required for just about anything (shopping, restaurants and market) and it seemed more windy than further south. We paid a high price for a smaller home during spring break/Covid. I suspect the nightly rate is more favorable when we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic and demand is high. All told we would definitely stay in this home again.

Overall Comment The booking of this home and check in were super easy. Management is thorough and helpful. The home is very well looked after. The rooms and surfaces were clean and organized. Everything was in good working order (ie firepit, pool/spa, ac). The yard is huge! The casita is one of the nicest ones we've ever had. Two items worth noting: you can walk the neighborhood but there isn't anything walking distance as far as food/drinks or market and the area is more windy than closer to downtown or further south. Overall we would certainly stay in this home again.

Overall Comment Gorgeous house top-to-bottom. Outdoor space with pool, hot tub, firepit and extra dining area were spectacular. No awning but 3 umbrellas for much-needed shade. Meticulous eye for detail inside and out. Two things to note: master bdrm is a large casita, separate from main house. also, if you have a large group (6-8 ppl) you might have an issue if you want to do laundry - house has a combo washer/dryer and it takes a LONG time for 1 load. Beyond that, great experience, prime location, fab views! Would recommend.

Overall Comment I enjoyed this home so much, but even more, I was wildly impressed by the responsiveness of the Acme team when a few small things around the house didn't work -- e.g. ice maker, coffee machine, and an umbrella. Within minutes (maybe 60) of each report, a sweet, happy Acme team member dropped by with bags of ice, a new umbrella and a different coffee maker. They were absolutely professionals, making my stay at this home very special.

Overall Comment We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Boho Modern house. The back yard features an ample-sized pool along with a fire pit, outside dining area, and covered hammock for lounging. My friends and I rented this house so we could get away and enjoy the Palm Springs heat by the pool and we had a wonderful time. The house is set up nicely with a great kitchen and living room that have lots of large windows and light. There's also a separate casita, which is perfect for a couple or small family that wants to have a little privacy or separation. The house is in a great neighborhood that's close to downtown, so it's easy to get to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. We highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again!
