The opposite end of the yard features a covered living pavilion w/ another lounge area, a dining table that accommodates up to 12 guests, and a napping teepee! There's even ping pong! The backyard itself is so private, spacious and well-planned. The huge yard has a pool w/ a spa and tanning deck, a fire feature, a lounge area, al fresco dining, and a gas BBQ on one end. The opposite end of the yard features a covered living pavilion w/ another lounge area, a dining table for up to 12 guests, and a napping teepee. There's also an outdoor shower. This property is pure mid mod magic w/ lots of space for your entire group to spread out, relax and enjoy.

The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. Everything has been updated for the way we live today w/ high performance climate control, high speed internet, flatscreen TVs in every bedroom, a washer and dryer, and a well stocked kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances. This property is gorgeous yet livable - it's the type of place where you can put your feet up and relax.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The Master Suite in the main house has a King bed, an en suite bathroom, and convenient access to the backyard. The second Guest Room has a Queen bed and the third Guest Room has a King bed. Both Guest Rooms share easy access to the hallway bathroom. The detached Guest Casita features a second Master Suite w/ a King bed and flatscreen TV - plus its own living room (also w/ a flatscreen TV), kitchenette, bathroom, and direct access to the backyard and outdoor living pavilion. The Casita Living Room has two fabulous napping sofas - perfect for children, tweens and the occasional overflow guest.
THE LOCATION
Racquet Club Estates is a very popular residential neighborhood that is close to the airport, convention center, and casino. It is a walking neighborhood located less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive w/ its fantastic restaurants, clubs, art galleries, shopping, cabarets and nightlife! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are also close by.
