OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The resort-inspired yard at Blue Oasis delivers complete privacy, high-end lounge seating, and a sparkling pool framed by dramatic mountain views. Cool off with a refreshing swim, enjoy a drink at the tiki bar, or relax in one of several stylish seating areas. Fire up the grill for easy outdoor meals in the covered dining pavilion for eight. When the desert evening arrives, unwind in the bubbling spa or gather around the outdoor fireplace for unforgettable sunsets.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Inside Blue Oasis, the design is centered around seamless indoor/outdoor living. Walls of glass and abundant natural light complement the modern, midcentury-inspired décor. Relax in the stylish living room with a sectional, flatscreen TV, and fireplace. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and peninsula seating for three. The adjacent dining area for eight and private enclosed patio create the perfect flow for gathering and post-dinner lounging.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
After a sun-filled day, retreat to the luxurious sleeping quarters at Blue Oasis, where all three bedrooms feature upscale, hotel-style King beds and modern design. The expansive primary suite includes a separate sitting area, a dedicated office, and a private media room with an oversized flatscreen TV. The primary suite and adjacent guest suite share a hall bathroom with direct pool access. The second guest suite offers backyard access and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Blue Oasis is located in Sunrise Park, one of Palm Springs’ most desirable and central neighborhoods. You're minutes from Downtown Palm Springs, Palm Canyon Drive, the Spa Casino, the Convention Center, Ruth Hardy Park, and top dining and cocktail spots. The neighborhood is known for its iconic midcentury modern architecture, featuring homes by Alexander Construction Company and Jack Meiselman—perfect for guests craving an authentic, peaceful, and well-connected Palm Springs experience.

House was as advertised. We had a wonderful stay even despite losing power for 12 hours on the first day. Gorgeous place and restorative time for our family. Only slight drawback is the neighboring dogs barked from morning til night, but obviously that’s through no fault of the property - just something to be aware of. Highly recommended.

We stayed here as a group of four and really enjoyed the property. It was private, spacious, with a big backyard, and the pictures matched perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the location was central and convenient. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, which we appreciated. That said, there were a couple of challenges. I arranged for early check-in and ended up arriving around 11:30 p.m., but the access code provided didn’t work. After several attempts, I had to call, and someone had to manually reset it, which made for a stressful late-night check-in. Also, the garbage disposal wasn’t working and kept backing up during the stay. Overall, though, it was a lovely place and we had a good experience. With a few fixes, it would be a perfect stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved our stay here! I picked this place for the big pool and private backyard, and it did not disappoint. The views on both sides are gorgeous—with almost no power lines in sight—and the neighborhood is quiet yet super close to downtown, with great coffee shops nearby. The layout is fantastic: I loved having extra spaces like the office, second living room, and the outdoor "Relax Room." Every light has a dimmer so you can set the perfect mood, and the whole place is spotless, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need. My daughter especially loved the outdoor bar room, great photo opp :)

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded.
