The en suite bathroom blends retro touches with modern fixtures. Feel absolutely pampered in the tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a handheld shower head. The marble-top double vanity with dual mirrors is an elegant spot for getting glammed up for a night out on the town.

The second bedroom is a light-filled retreat for relaxing and catching some z’s. It has a queen bed and you can surf the internet at the desk, or catch up on your favorite shows on the TV. The furnishings are mid-century-inspired and make for a cozy and comfortable space. The shared bathroom features a modern glassed-in tub/shower combo and similar styling to the primary bath.

Beverly Palms is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to shopping centers, bakeries, dining, and recreation. The Tahquitz Creek Golf Club is a wonderful course for all skill levels, and there’s nothing like teeing off surrounded by majestic mountains. House Rules

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property. If the damage protection is declined, an additional $5,000 security deposit is required
  • The pool and spa are heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool and spa so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

All reservations require you to provide a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking. 
  • 30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
  • Greater than 48 hours from Booking and 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee.
  • 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.
