The house was beautiful and the location was close to the Main Street and easy to get to bars and restaurants. We had an issue with one of the toilets and the management company was very responsive and had a plumber out to fix it the same day. The backyard was beautiful, although quite noisy with lots of adjacent construction

Atomic Ranch Heaven was an absolute oasis from the Mountain Views to the beautiful pool and backyard that’s surrounded by lush greens and great outdoor seating areas plus a huge shower in the master . It had everything we could need. My only three additional asks for a rental in Palm Springs would be to have misters outside, maybe even a tv to enjoy, and an absolute must is a new couch in the main living room. The couch in there during our stay was pretty uncomfortable and low to the ground so you almost sink in it (and not in a comfortable sinking way).

Incredible outdoor area - very private, so many areas to enjoy, absolutely loved the seats in the pool. Be sure to bring your bug spray, we all got ‘got’ at dusk and dawn, so didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we’d hoped at those times, but next time we will be prepared!! Fully stocked kitchen, peaceful bedrooms, great location, very easy to walk to town (even in 100deg!). Plenty of outdoor towels for all! And garage parking - hugely important in the heat and much appreciated!

Great stay for a family of four + dog (we should have let our kids bring friends - there was plenty of space!). The backyard was incredible and was the highlight of our stay. Easy drive to restaurants - we opted to do take-out and bring back to eat at the backyard alfresco (shade + ceiling fan) dining table. Loved having ample shade and sun options. Note: one of the bedrooms has a connector door with primary bedroom. Would absolutely book again.

The house was amazing - especially the outdoor space which was so comfortable and relaxing. Cool fire pit table and great grill. Comfortable beds. And their house manager - Acme- was really helpful and responsive before and during the stay. Highly recommended

We had 3 couples and rented the Atomic Ranch Heaven property. This is a lovely house with an extraordinary pool and yard area. That outside area is definitely 5 star! The pool and spa are absolutely perfect and were very clean. There is even a 2 hole putting green, with golf clubs supplied, which is a fun add on. There are 3 bedrooms which are right next to each other. Two of the bedrooms have a connecting door. The middle bedroom is pretty small. So if you are looking for separation of space for sleeping quarters, this is probably not the right property. It worked fine for us. The house was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The pots and other cooking implements were in excellent condition, unlike some other properties we have rented. Communication with Acme was excellent. They kept in very good touch before and during our stay and quickly answered any of our questions. My only suggestion is to put a rubber mat into the en suite, master bath shower. The shower is huge and very nice, but the floor is extremely slippery. They do provide a wooden platform to put in the shower but it really was not sufficient. Other than that, this property is a gem and we would definitely rent it again.

We had a wonderful week's stay for my niece's wedding. The home was very clean and well appointed. The outdoor living was amazing. I especially enjoyed the upgraded lighting in the home - all on dimmers. The location of the home was perfect and very close to everything. The only thing that will need attention for future guests is the coffeepot - it was broken so I had to hold up the pot while it was brewing. This is the second home I have rented from Acme House Company, and I am very impressed with their customer service and the excellent conditions of their rentals.

My family spent the better part of a week at the house. The house is great. Super clean, well stocked with essentials - coffee, soap, shampoo. The backyard is fantastic. We spent a lot of time there. The location was very convenient to walking around the main drag. I highly recommend the house for a stay in PS.

We stayed here for a long weekend with the family. This is a really beautiful, clean and fully stocked home. Everything was immaculate and check in/out was super easy. It's minutes from downtown, but far away enough to be quiet and peaceful. We picked the house because of the pool which did not disappoint. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Atomic Ranch Heaven! We spent 3 days poolside and didn't want to leave. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The backyard was beautiful and had many seating arrangements to enjoy. We thought we'd be dining out more but decided to stay in for most of our meals. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect...the advantage to an Airbnb is having them all to yourself. We loved every minute of our stay! Acme knows how to provide for their guests. You won't be disappointed!

Pool with baja shelf, shade umbrellas, privacy in back, hot tub, fire pit, updated baths, nice bedrooms..Check, check, check, it has it all! House is more modern, less PS kitsch, designed to give feel of hotel while enjoying private pool to yourself. New AC worked well,huge washer/dryer, all appliances newer & good condition. 2 rooms share bath. Smallest is Jack n Jill style that can be locked from Primary. Large Primary, huge nice shower with tons of water pressure. Well equipped kitchen, even found a tiny screwdriver needed for something. Fridge plays music. Loved all the night lighting on patio & pool, family has big screen TV loaded with streaming apps. Used two big blue chairs for mobile mani pedi/massage service, it was great. Powder bath off family with for pool access. Showstopper is backyard, Star Jasmine vines smelled so good on patio cover. Loved hanging lights, had ceiling fans and even a gas heater. Hit spa button 45 mins ahead of use for the heat to kick on in hot tub but it worked well once going, hot tub has a ton of jet pressure. Pool supposedly heated, could have been warmer when it was 105 out, too cool for 70 degrees. Used table top fire briefly as it was windy that day. Firepit flame was blue & low to ground so that was disappointing. Overall, pool area is fantastic, noise was not an issue. Nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely book again & would be hard to book different property with as much as I liked about this one!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Atomic Ranch. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home and use the outdoor grill area. The beds are comfy and the outdoor area was perfect for having morning coffee, dinner outside or enjoying the spa. The outdoor heaters made it possible for us to be outside quite a bit which was great. The location of this home is perfect for nights out in Palm Springs or for heading out for hikes at various trails. We enjoyed everything about Palm Springs as it is easy to navigate around. This house was a great place to experience all that PS has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - the indoor and outdoor settings were lovely and the property management company was very responsive and kind! The only thing that was a challenge was that the AC never fully cooled off the rooms but the fans helped as much as they could! Atomic Ranch is absolutely gorgeous and anyone who has the chance to stay is lucky and then some!

We come to PS every year around the 4th, and this was one of the most memorable ones! We absolutely loved the house - from the ease of communication with ACME, to the amazing house, the wonderful pool - all was just AHHHH! We have dealt with houses and owners in the past, and this was the best experience that we have ever had. We stayed at this home for 4 days last month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a big living room area off the kitchen where everyone can gather to eat, watch TV or just chill. Lots of places to sit for meals, more than we could even use. The living room and bedrooms have the most amazing ceiling fans with a Whoosh feature that really cools the air. All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds, lots of pillows and a TV in each. Having TVs in each room is really nice and something we always look for in rentals. The master bedroom/bathroom is HUGE with private access to the pool area. Kitchen is nice with modern appliances and all the amenities and basic cooking needs. Although not listed, there is a Keurig coffee maker as part of the drip coffee maker, so bring your k-cups. And finally the pool area. It’s amazing! Surrounded by fruit trees and a small grassy area, with a fire pit and a little putting green, it is the jewel of the house. Umbrellas IN the pool and two tanning shelves made it so nice. The jacuzzi was perfect too. The back yard has two sitting areas and a very nice bar/bbq table that we didn’t even use. Also, this is the first place we rented that actually had enough pool lounge chairs for everyone! Ceiling fans in the patio area were a nice touch. The management was very responsive when we needed them.

My small family stayed for a week and we had a great time. The home is well decorated and well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in, including grilling several nights. The backyard is just amazing - the cooking space, the fire place, the pool, the hot tub, all of it. The towels and bedding were all comfortable. The only thing that might improve the home is a second fridge in the garage! We would definitely rent again!

The gas stove was whisteling when in use, the dishwasher was not very efficient requiring pre washing dishes and there were only a flatware set for 6 people which in a house that could host up to 6 people we somewhat limited. This was most noticeable for us since we stayed 4 wks but likely less of an issue for short term rental. Overall these were manageable issue. Additionally the property is so well located, close to all you need, walking distance to downtown, walking distance to tennis courts and park that it made our time there great. Overall Comment Our stay at the Atomic Ranch was interrupted by record breaking heat. Unfortunately, we were restricted from outside activity due to excessive high daily temperatures (116-123). Most of our stay was staying inside the home. However, the home was clean, beautiful pool & spa, close to restaurants, and very close to Hardy Park to walk our dog. Because of the excessive heat we cut our stay short by a day. It's unfortunate we were unable to really enjoy the home and it's amenities. We would stay again under better weather conditions.

This was a really fun place. The kitchen space combined with the outdoors was perfect for entertaining, cooking, and spending time with friends/family. There's plenty of spaces for small groups, larger groups, and a variety of activities. The pool has umbrellas, which was fantastic. There are two fire pits, a great bbq, and tons of variety for lounging. The second bedroom has a door to the master, so if you have children this seems like a good option, not a ton of privacy if all couples - but we did spend most of our time in communal spaces and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked. It's so close to the park - we loved walked over with.our dog. Really nicely done.

This house is so great. 10 minute bike ride into downtown, close proximity to groceries, walkable to parks, flat area for running outside. The house has everything you need. The yard was super private and protected from wind. Highly recommend booking this place. We would go back for sure!!!

The home was exactly like the photos and descriptions online. Very easy instructions to enter. Frequent communications from rental firm to ensure the trip was going well. The home, both inside and out, was extremely clean, With instructions on how to use all of the amenities. Would absolutely recommend this place to a friend.

Overall Comment it's a nice house. very clean and the kitchen is great. everything as mentioned. i wish we could have found a way to hook up our music but we couldn't figure it out or it isn't possible. the pool is great, the yard is private, great to bring your dog as it's really secure. i wish they would know how many people were coming (it was just two of us) and organize the outside furniture accordingly as there was so much outdoor furniture (which is great for large parties) but it left us feel ing cramped. overall recommend with a few tweaks to make the stay better for each party.

Overall, we really loved this house and would stay here again.The only nit-picky thing I would say is that we were there for only 4 days and the pool man came twice during our stay, which seemed excessive.

Overall Comment We selected this house for it's great backyard and proximity to the park and downtown. It was exactly as we'd hoped. We appreciated that the house's technology was easy to operate as sometimes these houses can be too high-tech and too complicated. Overall, we really loved this house and would stay here again. Overall Comment We really loved our stay at Atomic Ranch Heaven. The property was well-equipped and comfortable. Location near downtown Palm Springs was very convenient. Our only complaint was that the bedrooms got extremely hot at night... I am sure this was due to the historic heat wave Palm Springs was experiencing at the time we visited. Would definitely rent this house again.

What a great house! It had everything we needed. (We were glad we brought our own pool floaties). The management company was great and fixed the jacuzzi immediately after we called. The backyard was an oasis and pretty much where we congregated all weekend. Fully stocked kitchen made our meals a breeze. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was the best vacation house we have ever rented. The pool and outdoor areas are fantastic, and the house is fully stocked with everything we needed for a full week of fun. We will definitely be renting here again for our next trip to Palm Springs!

We didn’t want to leave! The house was amazing, and the pool and outdoor area are just as described. The master bath and bedroom were spacious and comfortable and the house is very well stocked. We had a wonderful time, and the location is awesome, right in the heart of Palm Springs.

This is a great home with beautiful modern details. Every space of the house is designed well for hosting and entertaining. The backyard is just as beautiful as it looks in photos and it was great to cook there and enjoy Palm Springs weather in evening. ACME communications and guidance was really nice and I liked using the app. Would definitely return!

Atomic Ranch Heaven was heaven! The house was clean and comfortable, perfect backyard and pool to lounge all day into the night, and our pups were super excited to be a few steps away from the park. Will definitely be back soon!

Overall Comment The house and outdoor space were terrific, as was the location relative to the main area of town. Our one issue was the lack of black out blinds in the 2nd bedroom closest to the front of the house. That presented sleeping issues for me and my wife throughout the stay, even after purchasing blinders.

What a wonderful house! We were a party of 4 adults and a three year old. It couldn’t have worked out better. The location was perfect as so close to Ruth Hardy Park, 15 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs and quick drive from airport. The house was very clean, well stocked and modern. We spent most of our time in the pool however, which was regularly cleaned. I really don’t have a bad thing to say about our choice and we have decided to rebook this house yearly.
