Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking. 
  • 30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
  • Greater than 48 hours from Booking and 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee.
  • 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.
