A superb place to stay

This was a superb place to stay. Can’t really rate it highly enough. Only downside would be location to downtown Palm Springs but with a car, there’s no issue. Very very good.

A wonderful home!

The "Alexander on Laurel" was a wonderful home! The house was exactly as shown in the photos. The little details did not go unnoticed! The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. There were 6 adults staying and we never felt crowded. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is still walkable to restaurants and shopping in downtown Palm Springs. We had a few minor issues when we checked in, I made a quick phone call to ACME and they had a service technician dispatched to the house within the hour. Great service!

Great Vacation Home

As expected with ACME, the service and amenities are always as [and better] than expected! The home itself shows real genuine creativity, in how they spiced up an older house into something so resourceful and entertaining! The new, beautiful and practical kitchen, the sunny kitchen/living area, the pool table, the comfy couches, the outdoor pool and surrounding area, surely expressed the passion invested in this lovely abode, and surely elevated our pleasurable stay.

• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
