Risky Business is close to town and features mid mod inspired art and furnishings, a free-flowing floor plan, and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. You'll also find ping pong and an arcade game! Beds: K, K, K, K

The backyard is walled and gated for privacy. It features a saltwater pool with an integrated spa, dining pavilion with fire pit table and BBQ grill, and an outdoor lounge. Gorgeous mountain views. This vacation home is the perfect choice for those who want to be close to everything while still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of a walled and gated property.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The very private backyard has a heated saltwater pool with an integrated spa, lounge chairs, and a lounge area. There’s also a covered dining pavilion with a fire pit table and a BBQ grill. Mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this special property. *Please note: The backyard is small and is best suited for smaller dogs*

** The pool can be heated upon request for an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like the pool heated so we can ensure it is ready before your arrival. If your home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa or hot tub is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This chic vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. The free flowing floor plan provides plenty of space for your entire group to spend time together, or step away for some alone time. Sliding glass doors let the light pour in and blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The family room features a flatscreen TV, comfortable seating, and is complete with a wet bar - plus an arcade game! The adjacent dining area sits up to 8 guests and features a gas fireplace.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high speed internet, upgraded heating and cooling systems, flatscreen TVs, and a gas fireplace. It's truly a delight to experience this amazing property - you will never want to leave.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, access to the backyard, a desk - perfect for remote working and learning - and an en suite bathroom which features a double sink, and a separate shower and soaking tub. The 3 Guest Rooms also feature King beds and share easy access to a guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also a powder room by the front door.

THE LOCATION
Located on a quiet residential street in the lovely Los Compadres neighborhood - extremely close to the South Palm Springs Business District with its many restaurants, supper clubs, coffee houses, shops and galleries. You'll be just a few minutes to the casino, hiking trails and bustling downtown. Grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.

We loved this house. Our two daughters and their husbands and kids (ages 9 mos to 6 yr old) had a great time here. Spotlessly clean. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Lots of places to sit, inside and out. The location is great - close to everything. We had one problem while there, and they got right on it. One thing I will mention - the living room is a sunken living room. The two steps down to the living room are exactly the same tile as the rest of the floor. We placed chairs on the perimeter to draw attention to the steps, and we did fine. Would not prevent me from renting there again. Grill was nice, fire table on deck, very nice touches throughout. The six yr old loved the game machine. And the ping pong table in the garage was nice too.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The pictures are completely accurate, and everything was exactly as expected. The beds were super comfortable, and access to the home was very easy. The location is great, close to the airport but still peaceful and convenient. The pool was incredible, and I highly recommend getting it heated during the winter months. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again!

We, a family of 4, shared the house with a family of 3; It was a great clubhouse for a weekend. Friendly neighborhood with dog walkers and paths, 90 second drive to a nice nearby playground, and <10min drive to downtown Palm Springs. The house was clean, well appointed with amenities, and thoughtful touches like labels on the light switches; very hotel-like which was welcome and appreciated. Only gripe was the excessive extra fee for heating the pool. Would stay with this host again.

Probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The place was bigger than it looked in the photos and everything looked as good as it did in the photos, which seems to be rare. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities; they even had Tupperware, which was so nice for leftovers we had after cooking big group meals. The pool and hot tub were so nice, we spent most of our stay in the water! We had a big group of 8 plus 2 infants and the house felt very spacious for us all. Overall, great stay, I’d highly recommend this place!

We came into town for my 40th birthday. This house was perfect for everyone in our group! Lots of space to hang out together both indoors and outdoors. The pool is the perfect size, and very refreshing. This time we had all adults, but would definitely come back with our 7 year old.

The home was spacious and had all the tools needed for our combined family to be able to eat and socialize. Perfect stay, everything was lovely. Lots of different seating areas to choose from, all very comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had everything you’d need. I’d recommend it to others and would stay again! (Only tiny negative was that the gardeners came Monday morning at about 8am and were loud). But, the property is immaculate, so it’s understandable.

My partner and I rented Risky Business for the month for my partners sabbatical. We had a great time at the house and hosted family during some of our stay. The house was very clean and was beautifully decorated. The house was very comfortable for all who stayed at the house and it was just like the pictures. The Los Compadres area was very close to downtown Palm Springs and was a nice neighborhood. Oh, my dog Rudy enjoyed the house as well!

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
