Very comfortable place and the location was awesome. We walked to the shops and restaurants on the Paseo every day we stayed. Would stay again.

We loved staying here. The bedrooms upstairs get good lighting and it’s walking distance from El Paseo if you want to have a good time. Would definitely go back!

Loved staying here. It's not a super fancy place but perfect for 4 people (we had 2 couples). Pool is quiet and very clean. The location is the real showstopper here, though. You are 1/2 a block from El Paseo and all the fabulous restaurants and shops. You can walk to everything. We would definitely return and can't imagine a more perfect location.

Clean accommodations with easy walkability to El Paseo. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of linens, towels and blankets.

This unit was great to discover Palm Desert and El Paseo. Easy walk and great place to visit. On negative side no washer dryer in unit (shared facility) and no gym.

The location is great and the owner has supplied the condo with many items to make the trip perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked with the basic supplies. I’ll be back!

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The location was in a superb location, 1/2 block off of El Paseo Dr. Walking was very easy to restaurants. Drawbacks to this location are: delivery trucks making deliveries to businesses on El Paseo. Garbage trucks in the morning, landscapers mowing the lawn and using a blower twice in a week. The pool is located 1 condo away, kids playing in pool early morning hours. In spite of the noted issues above, I would stay in the same complex again but perhaps further away from El Paseo Dr. Overall we had a great time.
