My family and I had a wonderful stay in this property during the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament weekend. The townhouse is spacious, well furnished, and in a lovely surrounding on the golf course. The community pool and jacuzzi is right next door - very convenient. More important, Casoga was taking over the management of this property from another firm, and they were very responsive to all my questions. They made sure that we checked in OK and everything went well during our stay there.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
