We spent a wonderful two weeks at Poinciana Paradise! The house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Location was very convenient to El Paseo, the Living Desert and everything else we wanted to see and do. Will definitely plan a return visit.

This home is comfortable and well located. Pools are close by and convenient. Only inconvenience was getting access for visitors through the gate. I appreciate the security, though. I would rent there again.

Great 1977 Vibe - like staying at Grandma’s condo! This place is NOT super bougey or modern 5 star - but it has an awesome vibe. Ironwood is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. This unit is between two very nice pool/spa areas that never seem to be used. This place is original 1977 along with the mishmash of kitchenware. For the most part, you’ll find what you need to get by in the kitchen and when you go through the drawers looking for something - you will no doubt see an artifact that will trigger memories (if you’re 50+ yrs old). Great spot that clearly doesn’t get used a ton.

Comfy place that met all expectations and matched photos well. Pretty and peaceful gated community and landscaping. Other units have better views/patios, and it could use upgrade on soft master bed mattress, and pans and knives, and fix on a couple drippy faucets. All in all a nice place at a good value and we'd definitely go back

If you came to see the desert in its glory this is a perfect launching pad. If you wanted to see the grounds of ironwood while enjoying a quiet pool, this is a beautiful spot. If you came to watch tv you are in the wrong place for that. Beautiful and tranquil.

Very peaceful, quiet and clean! Such a joy driving in and out of the gated community with such beautiful landscaping all around. Perfect location close to El Paseo shops and many eateries.

This is a very comfortable condo in a great location. Pool was less than a minute walk from the back deck. Great walks all around. Very safe gated community. Check-in and out communication was extremely well done. We would stay here again.

This home had all of the basics we needed. Access to large garage and just literally steps from the pool area. Right against the mountains in a quiet country club but still in the middle of town/close to restaurants and local spots! We loved our time here!
