The property we stayed in was deficient in a number or areas. No cabinets in kitchen for food storage. Broken curtain rods both screen doors deficient. Overall the condo was cheap looking and needed attention. Would never stay there again.

Very comfortable for 4 people including a dining table and kitchen counter stools. Great TV and options for tennis viewing, lots of kitchen furnishings, very quiet A/C, comfortable beds and extra blankets, lots of towels for community spa within walking distance, great location to get to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Didn't use the laundry or BBQ but nice they were included. Gate guards were very nice and helpful especially with an early morning Uber pickup.

We enjoyed the stay , house was very clean and comfortable. Like the landscaping in the neighborhood. Beautiful view over the golf course and mountains. Grocery stores and restaurants near by.

Stayed here during Coachella weekend and it was easy to check in. It had almost everything we needed. The stay was great and it felt extra safe because of the gated neighborhood. I would recommend this stay. However, keep in mind an early check in was not available to us, which was an inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay! We would love to return! Very conveniently located! Close to the shopping and near freeway access. We didn’t use the community amenities but they looked great. Public Pickleball courts nearby. Property managers were responsive and helped address minor issues/questions.
