Situated in the gated Desert Falls Country Club, this 2BR/2.5BA condo is the perfect choice for your desert vacation. The interior has been completely updated and offers an open-concept floor plan with two suites. Dine alfresco on the patio. On-site resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with a grill. The sunlit living area features a sectional, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a wine fridge. The immaculate kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cookware. When it's time to dine, two tables seat a total of 10. This condo sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, patio access, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A half bath adds convenience. There is also a pack-n-play available for babies and toddlers located in the closet of the room with the bunk beds. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal on the covered patio. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided. Downtown Palm Desert is a mere 10-minute drive from home. Hike and bike at the Homestead Trailhead or Palm Desert Cross. Practice your swing at the prominent golf courses nearby, including Monterey or Rancho Las Palmas. We had a wonderful stay at this home in Palm Desert. The listing is very accurate and reflects the property exactly as it is. The home was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and located in a great area. One of the highlights was how close the house is to the community pool, which was beautiful and very well maintained. The neighbourhood itself is quiet, safe, and perfect for morning walks or runs. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Palm Desert.

The house was immaculate and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. It does have a 1970s vibe and the kitchen cabinets are in need of paint. It suit our needs and we did not really care about that. Glassware was a bit funky. (25th anniversary glasses....) It was in a great location for our needs. We did not have time to use any of the amenities so cannot comment on that. If there was an option for a 4.5 that is what I would rate it due to tricky check-in procedures. There is a management company so you are not dealing with the actual owner. The key is hidden in a lockbox attached to pipes near the walkway entrance as you are approaching the door. It is low to the ground and easily missed. I had read that was a problem. I had to call the management company a few times to clarify check in. They do no answer immediately but call back within minutes. By the time they called me back we had found the key. After a long flight you just want to open the door and not have to search for where the lockbox is.

Location and complex was great. Ability to use the fitness center and tennis courts made us happy. House was clean and spacious and comfortable. The management company didn't have much information about the specific property and amenities that we asked for before our stay, and does require a phone call before you can check in. Positives: This company was quickly responsive to inquiries and a problem, the condo was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was very well stocked with dish ware, baking and cooking pots, skillets, and utensils, and basics such as salt/pepper, sugar, oil, coffee filters, was within a 10 minute drive of good restaurants, and in a safe area with garage and driveway parking. Improvements needed: Put the correct code in the instructions, have the trash taken out of the garage~it smelled, replace the moldy shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom, and unclog the shower drain in the primary bathroom. Tissues and plastic wrap and foil would have been appreciated. I would definitely consider returning if I travel to Palm Springs again.

Perfect for our small family with younger kids

This was a perfect spot for us. The amenities were nice, including pack and play for our toddler, bunk beds for our school aged child, and plenty of space for spreading out. Master bath had 2 individual sinks, a shower and a large bath. Was able to host our other family members , who were staying at a nearby resort, for a meal. There was plenty of space with kitchen accessories and dining space for having a lot of food. The only hiccup is that it was unclear how to allow an Uber onto the property. It seems we were not alone because we waited in line at the entry gate for 15 minutes one evening waiting on the attendant to sort out arriving Ubers in front of us. We had picked up dinner and it was frustrating having to wait so long just to get back in the neighborhood. The host just needs to make it more clear in their house info sheet they leave in the kitchen cabinet.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
