Our family had a great stay here. The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, with a great floor plan that made it easy for everyone to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. One of our favorite parts was the location. Being able to walk to the beach and several restaurants made the trip easy and relaxing. We also love coming to Hollywood Beach because it's clean, quiet, and much more laid back than many other beach destinations. Overall, this home was the perfect fit for our family, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to enjoy everything Hollywood Beach has to offer.

I have a large family, so details are key when preparing for a vacation. I read previous reviews and prepared for the worse case scenario. I have had unfortunate experiences in the past. However, contradictory to some past reviews, there was plenty of linens, towels, and toiletries to accommodate my large family. the only thing that holds true, is the bikes (are deteriorating) not rideable, future is coming apart (signs of abuse) and roof top furniture wear and tear probably due to the salt in the air. other than that which where very minor things for a family that spent most of our time down at the beach. Our stay during the Channel Islands 4th of July event was spectacular! My kids were over the moon with excitement. Aside from the main event, fireworks where poping off all around us! It was enchanting to say the least. We had a fabulous time and made family memories my children will never forget. The weather was perfect during this 4th of July weekend. No air or heat needed.

This was a beautiful house. My family and I enjoyed every room in this house. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. I definitely recommend. Only thing is that when we first came into the house it smelt like pets were living in the house, other than that, it was great!

We are a construction company doing a job nearby in Ventura. Our crew loved staying here and I actually re-booked the house after this stay. It is run by a third party rental company, so although I thought I had made the payment through VRBO I apparently had not. They sent an email requesting a payment on the weekend while I was away from my computer. To my surprise on Monday, the second booking was cancelled! It was fun while it lasted though. Nice place!

My recent stay at the beautiful beach house in Ventura, CA was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this would be a memorable experience. The house itself is a gem, perfectly situated right near the beach, offering stunning views. We absolutely loved the property. We were able to bring our three fur babies, who absolutely loved running up and down the stairs on the decks. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the beach. We used to live in the Seabridge Community before moving out of state. Being close to our friends and family was wonderful. We would definitely rent this property again. Having convenient parking, garage, washer/dyer amenities was fantastic. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much!

Really nice home. Great size. Cool roof top deck you can see the beach from. Loved playing ping pong on a really nice table. To get to the beach it is about 2 short blocks away to the sand. We ate lunch at the Cafe around the corner once. It was just ok. There isn't anything else going on around this place if you are looking to walk somewhere. There were a couple of nice beach chairs, some bikes that needed to be tuned, boogie boards, a Frisbee, great washer and dryer. We enjoyed the stay but wouldn't stay again. Just not enough other things in the area. But the house was great.
