One of the best AirBnB's I ever stayed in. When all present- were 6 adults and 4 children under 5. Everyone had a beautiful time. The home was classy yet homey. Appliances were first rate. Layout is terrific with an open plan kitchen, main living room and separate hangout/play room for kids where parents could keep an eye on them but relax and enjoy the ocean view in the living room. Master bedroom is a dream. Master bath expansive but shower a little dated with a confusing amount of dials and handles. Big closets. Home was immaculate with just the right amount of decoration and very comfortable furniture. Felt at home immediately. The dining chairs do roll so a little hard for little ones to sit at the round dining table. Great wide uncrowded sandy beach, restaurants in walking distance, dolphins, sea lions, boat rentals... I would definitely stay here again - maybe even for a solo week end escape.

Perfect stay for a Wedding weekend! Plenty of room for our family with 3 adult children! Hard to pull ourselves away from the beach and view to go to the wedding events! Great hosts were very responsive. Everyone was very comfortable - the weekend went way too fast. Biggest positives, location, quiet, a lot of space, perfect view of sunsets over the ocean! Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the overall quality of the home’s furnishing, this home is ideal for an amazing beach stay! We highly recommend this house

Great location and incredible views. The place was very clean and well stocked with sufficient supplies. When we arrived it was easy to get in to and begin our vacation with stunning views. You’re in walking distance to some good restaurants and fun activities. It is such a great location overall. I highly recommend booking your stay here.

Beautiful location. Nothing better then waking up, brewing a cup of coffee and opening the back gate just to dip in your toes right into sand. House is stock up with everything you may need and then some. Can’t wait to come back! It truly is a dreamy place. Super close to the local marina ( 5 min walk).

AMAZING location!!! This house is fabulous, right on the beach and every bedroom has gorgeous ocean views except the kids/twin bed room in the back. We loved the house. It's also very well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen in terms of appliances, beach chairs, etc. (we didn't find the beach toys until we were checking out but they are there....just didn't see them easily...look in the bin on the porch). Highly recommend this property.

House was beautiful and clean and there was everything you need for the beach toys towels etc. There were board games and the tvs have your favorite streaming services for your time off the beach. The price was worth it to be right on the beach with the breathtaking view and the cool ocean breeze!

Fantastic location on the beach. House was fully stocked; utensil/gadget/appliances in the kitchen, board games, towels, chairs, outside toys and even bikes. Host was very responsive and checkin was seamless. Would highly recommend staying at this beach oasis! Can't wait to come back.

I stay at Airbnb’s all the time. This one was one of the best I have ever been at. The homes pictures don’t do it justice. The location wasn’t a favorite of mine. However, Oxnard Shore has now became by favorite small, cozy beach spots in California. This small area had a cute cafe and harbor area that was everything you would need. The home had the most beautiful upgrades & was the cleanest home I have ever stayed at.

Our family had an amazing weekend at this house! Being on the beach was so wonderful, with amazing views and such easy access with our two small children. The house was incredibly clean and filled with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and garage for beach activities. We highly recommend this home and very much hope to return very soon!
