This newly remodeled 3BR/3BA home features a welcoming and fresh decor. With multiple living areas, meticulously manicured landscaping, and a spacious patio, there's plenty of room for entertaining. Situated on a quiet residential street, near fun shops, restaurants, and bars in Orange Circle and only a few miles from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Angel Stadium. After a sun-soaked day of Southern California adventures, relax in the main living room on the comfy couch and two armchairs. Watch your favorite shows in the second living room, furnished with a sectional and a 42in flat-screen TV equipped with Roku. Enjoy a night of family fun in the adjacent game room, outfitted with a table for four and a cabinet full of board games. The modern galley-style kitchen comes with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. An adjacent breakfast nook provides seating for four, while the nearby dining table can accommodate six. This single-story home sleeps six guests between the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a California king bed, a writing table, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and an armchair. An adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and a makeup area. A third bathroom is located off the kitchen and has a walk-in shower. The beautiful yard includes manicured lawns and a patio with a table for four. Barbecue lunch on the grill and enjoy the lovely California sunshine. The entire area is fenced for privacy. Feel free to pick oranges fresh from the tree! This place was amazing! Beautiful outside. Gorgeous inside. Tons of space for my family of five. Very responsive host. I noticed I hadn't gotten the code for the front entry at check in. I messaged and they called. Within 5 minutes, we were inside and enjoying ourselves. The kitchen had the things we needed when we needed them. Very comfy TV room. Cool game room. The bedrooms were set up like a home not a hotel. The welcome book of information was carefully thought out and gave tons of information and suggestions. My family had a wonderful time in this home. Should we need to be in the city again, I would gladly and hopefully stay again. Thank you.

Great stay for our family of 6. Our grandson had plenty of space to roam around and we especially enjoyed our coffee in the private backyard. Nice that it both a living room and a separate family room with a smart tv. In addition to the game room so there was extra spaces to hang out after returning from a busy day at Disney. About a 10-15 drive to the Toy Story parking lot. Likes the washer and drier as we did end up using because one night we got soaked at the park with heavy rains. Great water pressure in showers and nice hot hot water. We turned in heater at night because the weather in California was cold at night. Definitely would return on our next visit to Disneyland. Lots of restaurants close by. Have a car really helps.

This trip there was 5 of us. Ages 22-50. We scheduled our trip out months in advance and the communication and check in process was very smooth. The neighborhood is gorgeous, and is centrally located near shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Approximately 15 minutes from Disneyland. The home was beautiful, very clean, and super comfortable. Beds are excellent and much needed after walking all day. I would definitely stay here again for future socal trips.

For the first time in my life, I stayed in a house I actually wished I owned. The wooden floor is incredible. So is the back yard, which I didn't really appreciate until the final few days of our stay. So many different trees, birds. Sanctuary. I really enjoyed everything about the house, but that back yard is what I miss most. So much peace. I got lots of video editing (basketball games) done there on the laptop. I would've been just as happy taking a nap back there. This house is 100 out of 10!

This was a great find! Lovely late 50s-early60s property that has been beautifully updated on the inside while maintaining nostalgic touches. Roomy living spaces and bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and bonus game room well stocked with cards, board games, and even a magnetic dart board. Although only 4 of us stayed here, we were able to comfortably host a New Year's Eve dinner for 8 family members. Would definitely rebook.

Our stay here was amazing! We came with 2 couples and another person so the layout of the home was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is fantastic. We loved the space inside. There was enough room for 6 of us (2 adult couples, including older grandparents with movement challenges, and 2 smallish children). We were able to work in separate rooms during the day, and had a really comfortable place to unwind in the evening. The back yard was a wonderful addition. They have fruit trees (figs and oranges), and you can tell that a lot of love was put into it. There's a story on the mantle about grandma Ruth. It was her home for 50 years, and I could tell the place meant something to those she left it for. I will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It was well maintained and very clean. The location was quiet and safe. We would definitely recommend the home and stay again. The few items that could be improved:The twin beds are beyond squeaky, they make a thunderous sound when there is any movement on them... this even wakes people up in the next room. Personally, I would prefer more everyday glass drink ware as I don’t like drinking out of plastic and we did not want to be using the wine glasses. The kitchen could also use a new non-stick pan, baking sheet and a few more storage containers. The television worked fine but the home instructions referred to Roku and there is no Roku. It is a smart TV that you can access streaming services and local channels are through an antenna. There are no board games in the “game room” just a basket of some disorganized card games and a box of dominoes. Other than the squeaky beds, these other items were not big negatives, just suggestions for improvement. Additionally, it would be great if there was an outdoor dining set in the backyard... that would have been wonderful to eat outside. Hopefully, these few updates can be made. If we ever visit Orange again, we would pick this house to stay. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming and cozy home. The location is excellent and very close to freeway access. The back yard was very inviting. While we did not use the grill, it was ready with gas for a nice evening of grilling. All the appliances worked great and there were plenty of dishes and utensils to make nice meals. Long weekend at Disneyland

Our family of 6 including, 4 kids ranging from age 9-17, found this property to be perfect for our needs. Plenty of room to spread out and close to Disneyland and other places if you choose. The house is in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood and is well kept. We didn’t have any direct contact with property management but they provided contact information to make doing so easy if we so chose. The only minor concern was some of the electrical outlets in the bedrooms didn’t work which caused some minor concern for charging all electronic devices but we were able to make due without having to contact anyone to resolve during our stay. I’m sure it was something simple like a tripped breaker but otherwise everything was great.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we might need and we had access ti a full size washer/dryer. The back yard was very quaint and well maintained as well. We were in town visiting our daughter that attends Chapman...We hope to rent this home for all of our future visits to Orange! We give it 5 stars...Great location, super clean, decorated perfectly, every amenity you might need and good neighborhood!

The house is great! It’s much bigger than it appears in photos. Great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Communication from the management company was great. The code to get in is pretty long, and I couldn’t find it in my email the second day. They promptly texted it to me. House and property were very clean. Our only issue was ants in the main bathroom when we arrived. We were diligent about cleaning and not leaving food out, and the ants never ventured to other spaces.

Relaxing Getaway

This house was a perfect getaway for me and my girlfriend. You will be in a relaxing neighborhood close to the beach, Disneyland, and other locations near Orange County. It is super close to some grocery stores and other restaurants near by if you plan on staying in, but if you want to get out and venture around, it is not too far from local attractions making it super convenient. I would say the only things that bothered us on our stay was that the shower in the master bedroom wouldn't properly drain, but we contacted the management and they handled it quickly. If you are a light sleeper the air conditioning unit is right by the master bedroom so you will hear it. These small inconveniences, however, did not affect our overall satisfaction and stay at this house. We will gladly stay here again in the future. Pros: ideal location great family home quiet neighborhood Cons: Master Bedroom Shower drain Air Conditioning unit is right by the master bedroom One of the sliding doors didn't work

Great space, well appointed, we loved the updated kitchen and spent a lot of time at the breakfast nook there. The backyard area was also great, the fully stocked game room was awesome. A couple things that could be improved: 1) There is a 6 person max occupancy in the house at all times, which was only told to us after we booked. For a house with this many bedrooms, it’s almost unreasonable. I couldn’t have my parents over for dinner even though they live nearby and that was one of the primary reasons for booking in this location. 2) There is no good lighting in backyard, so doing anything after sunset is difficult, including using the grill. That said, we loved the house and really enjoyed our stay.

My coworkers and I were in town for a convention, and this home ended up being the perfect respite from all the chaos. • Extremely easy & convenient check-in process with electronic door access. • Perfectly clean! • Beds & bathrooms for all of us. • Coffee maker in the kitchen, big fridge, lovely back yard, multiple spaces to sit and get work done. • Close to Anaheim, convenience shopping, the adorable downtown Orange, but still very quiet and peaceful in the home. Our only very minimal complaint is that the bedrooms got pretty warm (older house), but the ceiling fans helped. We will definitely stay here again for the convention, and I will come here with my family for our Disney trips, as it'd be perfect for kids or 2 small families. Thank you!

Super comfortable place right in the middle of lots of family fun. Good proximity to lots of food options on Katella and a couple convenient grocery store options on N Collins. Place was in immaculate condition and very comfortable with the multiple living areas and game room. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals. Nice front and back yards, loved all the flowers, and really enjoyable little sitting area in back. Great spot for families.

This was my first time staying at a home. I was of course nervous but I couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay here. The home in immaculate condition, the neighborhood was quite, and within a 5-6 min drive to Disneyland. Not only was using this service AMAZING and fast, it is a far better choice than any hotel. Beautifully remodeled , super cozy, great backyard

The six of us totally enjoyed our stay in this super clean, roomy, nicely remodeled home. The rooms were large with lots of natural light. Beautiful large kitchen with all the amenities of home so that we could bring food from the nearby grocery store or take-out and eat meals in. Beds were very comfortable... comfortable mattresses and cozy comforters. Nice walk-in showers and plenty of nice towels were supplied. Only complaint is that one bathroom had a tub with shower, but no shower curtain. The water got all over the floor, so that pretty much made the shower unusable in that particular bathrm. (The other 2 bathrooms were totally fine). The laundry room (washer and dryer) and beautiful well landscaped yard with covered patio and bbq grill were a total plus. This home is located in a quiet well manicured neighborhood that was convenient to shopping, freeways, etc. The Turnkey staff was always polite, helpful and available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Check-in / out experience was easy and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!
