This is a nice house beautifully located one block from the beach. Parking was appreciated as well as the multiple bedrooms. The neighborhood felt safe and the bike path was terrific. We could have used a broom and a few more eating utensils. Oddly enough, there were also four bathrooms, one of which served as a hallway to enter the master bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay. No issues. Everything was in working order, except for the lock boxes. But, we managed. Overall the place is very comfortable with a peek-a-boo view of the waves.

The layout is odd but it works one bathroom was basically the hallway so we opted to not use it unless no other one was open. Temperature in California was high 60s so was comfortable but do not think there is air conditioning.

Nice place for with 5 bedrooms. Second row to the ocean, but you hear it from the balcony. Close to local grocery stores and take-away restaurants. Great place!

Great place walking distance to the beach!!!! The only bad thing I can say is there was no AC however, they had plenty of fans and the breeze from the beach was great! Being from AZ we are spoiled that way but it’s definitely comfortable temperature even in the middle July.

Location was excellent. Just a couple of steps from the beach. Layout of the house was a little weird - needing to walk through a bathroom to get to some bedrooms. Host was super responsive and the place was super clean! Bring laundry detergent if you want to do your own laundry as there was none available.
