About the property

Welcome to this 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story, 900 sq. ft. upper rear unit of a 2-unit complex. The first unit in this complex (NB-420A) is on the beach/boardwalk.   This home has its own sweeping ocean view balcony that is equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a barbecue for when you need meal making to be easy.
  
  
  The great room sports a beach chic living room with lots of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and slider access to the balcony - so indoor/outdoor living is really easy here.
  
  
    The kitchen, has a breakfast bar with high-top stools for great ocean views. Right next to it is an inside dining area for 4, so everyone can eat together inside if desired. Note that there is only a convection oven in the kitchen, not a regular oven and there is no dishwasher. 
  
  
  There are 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the 2nd with 2 twin beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens to ensure you are always comfortable.
  
  
  Additional amenities include 1 car parking space in the garage on the right. The garage is from the 1960's so it is neither tiny nor huge. Additional street parking is also available. There is also WIFI and cable and a washer and dryer in the garage that you may use.
  
  
  This simple, but very adequate home, or combination of homes, will make a great home base to return to after your day's adventures. And you may very likely create some memories that will last a lifetime.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
