The view! The view! The view! This house was exactly what we wanted. As parents of 3 under 10 we wanted a place our kids would play right next to us in the sand while we drank coffee and listened to waves and this was just that! There was no boardwalk between our patio and the sand. This was crucial to our relaxation. This is the main reason I feel this place is worth the money. We didn’t see the neighbors in the upstairs rental until we were pulling out to leave. The spaces are kept mostly separate and I didn’t feel having them there felt less private. The only thing we shared was the garage and the washer and dryer. The last 2 nights of our trip, the coast got hammered with rain. It completely flooded our patio and made it unusable the remainder of the trip. There was 2” of standing water for 2 days and it was just starting to dry the day we left. The windows could have been cleaner and the carpets had stains but it didn’t effect the enjoyability. Beds were clean and comfy.

This place has a great location!! We were right on the beach. With our little kids that was so convenient. You are so close to everything and can either go out or eat in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved all the sand toys and it was nice not to have to bring our own chairs. Going in September the house wasn't to hot. We just kept the doors and windows open. Would definitely go again!!

We love this place!! It is an amazing location. It was great with our kids. So convenient to have the beach right outside your front door. There is no AC, (as mentioned in the listing) it gets pretty warm inside the house which made it hard for my kids to sleep. We had the fans running and the doors open as much as possible. It was so nice having meals on the patio. There are two beach chairs and some beach toys which we found useful. There is also a pack n play in the closet. We didn’t use it but it’s there. Bring your own beach umbrella. Beds were comfy. We would like to stay again, perhaps in a cooler month.

This place was perfect for a family vacation right on the beach. The hosts were great at communicating. Even on their day off, our local rep made sure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay! Phill

Everything was as expected. In a quiet part of Newport away from the pier. Great for a nice family getaway. The beach was great in that area. Everything we needed was there. Washer, dryer, coffee maker, fans, blankets, chairs sand building supplies and all the utensils you could need. I will definitely be booking again in the future. It was an awesome experience and get away.
