The home was great for the three of us working at a local event for the weekend and having our own area and rooms to relax each day after work. Parking was a challenge with more than one vehicle, but if you use your patients; you will find parking within a few blocks of the house. There are a handful of close by restaurants which made it easy to navigate. Being so close to the beach was great! We had a very good stay.

Overall clean, updated, well stocked. Every room has it’s own bathroom, loved this for my girls and boys to be separate from us and each other! One of the bathrooms had a terribly moldy fabric shower curtain (not their fault probably easily missed) but the management company took care of it immediately, they came and replaced it. One thing I was surprised to learn was that you cannot have guests over past their “occupancy” limit (ours was 6 paid) even just for dinner. I feel this needs to change. Inviting someone over to dinner as long as they are not staying with you should be allowed. We later found the occupancy certificate that stated the allowed occupancy was 9 not 6 so, is it “paid” occupancy or? Fortunately they were very polite in explaining and our daughter happened to leave one day early so they were ok with allowing us to have my aunt over. Understandable though, for those who do abuse the stay rules.

The best part of this house is the location! Just steps to the beach. The house had some issues with lights and electrical outlets not working. . They were very responsive and helped delivered us alternative lighting for the weekend!

This place was wonderful. Right next to the beach. Has parking for 1 car so be mindful if you have more, you’ll be using street parking for the second car. Very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

What a wonderful place! I had a group of 6 women staying in this immaculate Airbnb for a 40th birthday weekend celebration. The 3 en suite bedrooms were perfect in every way. Then there was a 4th full bath with double sinks as well! This came in super handy with six women trying to get ready at the same time to go to dinner. The decor, furniture and appliances are brand spanking new. The location was steps from the beach. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment as we cooked a full surf and turf multiple course meal, one of the nights with no issues. It was very impressive for the location and price. We had an amazingly memorable stay. Thank you so much for making this available. We’ll be back! The only odd thing is there are 6 sliding glass doors (1 per bedroom). We found ourselves checking multiple times if they were locked before bed as people are waking through the alley way on both sides of the house at all hours.

  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
