We had a great spring break stay! Took our teens to hang out by the beach, relax and reset. Location was amazing, walkable to lots of activities. The local basketball courts were a hit as well as beach access.

Amazing property!! So close to the sand! We brought all our own beach stuff and didn’t need any of it. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids toys..everything you might need! 4 parking spots were clutch. Rooms were huge, each had its own bathroom. Everything was updated. Seriously, best place in Newport Beach!!

The home has a very functional layout for a large family or group. The location is very convenient to the beach without getting all the noise of being right on the beach. The beds are comfy. Overall the home was well equipped with everything needed, though some sand catching rugs and better broom would have helped us keep sand out of the house. Some of the pans should be replaced as the coatings are coming off, but overall it was a great kitchen for preparing family meals. any response.

Unit was a described and very well laid out with a common area for guests upstairs and downstairs . Less than a block to ocean. Very close to walk or ride to restaurants ,stores and groceries. We had two minor issues we needed help on and Vacasa responded very quickly to both and they were resolved. I would recommend this unit to others visiting the Newport Beach area as it checks all the boxes for a group of all age groups and a good value .

This beach house was amazing! 100 feet from the sand and close to the waves. It was exactly as it was pictured, clean, comfortable and spacious for our large family. To our surprise, there were bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs that we used daily. The couches and beds were comfortable, TV and media system were outstanding. Everything was clean and fresh. We've been coming to Newport for over 40 years and this was such a beautiful place to say! We will be coming back next summer!

8 of us stayed and it was very spacious. Access was easy and not heavy traffic at location. No problems communicating and responses were quick. Kitchen was amazing for all to get around in. Everything was squeaky clean. no complaints from any if us.

Beautiful Home just 1 block from the beach! The 5 Bedrooms and pullout bed in the living room was plenty of space for my family. They even had a bunch of chairs, umbrellas, surf/boogie boards, beach toys and volleyballs. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the perfect vacation home
