Location, location, location!!! This is our second time back to this Airbnb. We love being in the middle of it all, but elevated on the second floor. The beach, the pier, restaurants, and shops are steps away. The retro beach vibe of the place grows on you, making it feel like home. After spending the day there, our grandson said “ best day ever!” Priceless!

The only drawback was having a single small bathroom but totally worth it to be sitting on the Newport Boardwalk.

Might be my best AirBNB experience. Worth the cost because of the fantastic location and spacious beach house. We will be back. Convenient beach shower, public restrooms, and a walkup restaurant at the foot of the stairs. Great spots at the beach. House has beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, Weber grill to use. 3 wall ACs in the unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 living room. Unit was very comfortable with AC. Kitchen was stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, toaster, keurig, but only salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nonstick spray, ice cube trays for food items. No coffee, tea, so plan ahead. There is a Graco pack n play and mattress, small floor highchair, baby gate, and extra blanket and pillows. Bottom bunk was large (full/queen), but very uncomfortable and hard. 2 hide-a-beds in the couches. Master bed was reasonably comfortable. Washer, dryer, dishwasher were handy to use (they had some pods). Clean space. Patio sunset A+. Quiet inside, outside busy but fun. Mexican food near pier A+!

This location was amazing! So close to shopping/dinning, and right on the beach. Each teenager counted how many steps it took them to get to the sand (it ranged from 12-15 steps ;)

Wonderful experience for my family. Beautifully located near the pier and local shops. Will definitely be returning in the future. Easy to check in and out. Had lots of extras for the beach like chairs, boogie boards, towels etc.

Busy, yet relaxing spot right in the middle of Newport pier and on the edge of the boardwalk. So many great places to eat right next door, only walking distance to most. Not easy to get in and out of the parking, but with this centralized location you don't have to drive around much if at all. Plenty of bike rentals right next door if that's something you enjoy. Beautiful view of the beach and our last morning was spent watching dolphins on the waves from our deck. We had plenty of room for our family of 4, and never a dull moment on the pier. Great stay!

It was absolutely beautiful, just as the pictures show. Everything was very clean, with crisp fresh linens, beautiful furniture and perfect beach decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would have in your own kitchen. Everything we needed was within walking distance, we never had to drive anywhere. We ate at many different restaurants, and were never disappointed. We’re looking forward to future stays!

Location location location- if your plans are to be in Newport Beach there is no better place to stay. We loved being next to the farmers market (Sunday only) and the coffee shop around the corner was convenient and amazing. Steps from the sand and the views were amazing. Vacasa did a great job communicating with us and check in/out was seamless.

This place was amazing! My wife & the kids spent spring break weekend here and the location was prefect. You are right next to the pier, 100 feet to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes. The house was very clean and spacious as described. The kitchen has all the utensils and a kerig. The lighting throughout the place was amazing. You can dim all of the lights which is nice. A/C & Heater worked great. Patio had plenty of furniture, beach chairs, boogie boards and a Grill. Already looking to plan our next trip here! Great job Vacasa!!

Absolutely perfect for us. Great view, close to restaurants and shops (great coffee right on the corner). Well worth the money. one of the best parts was the short checkout list. literally like a hotel- we didn't have to scrub, take out trash, do the laundry and dust. Just grab our stuff and start the dishwasher.

Great house, excellent location. 2-minute walk to the Newport Beach Pier and lots of great restaurants in the area. You can watch stunning sunsets from the terrace. The interior is a bit dated and both bedrooms lacked daylight. The house was pretty clean. Would recommend.

We had a great stay. Loved the location! Close to food and shops and surprisingly we were not bothered by any noise. Nice view and fun to watch all the lifeguard vehicles and people watch. Enjoyed the added privacy from the large upstairs balcony.

We have a great stay! The location is right on the boardwalk, close to restaurants and bars. We spent plenty of time on the patio, people watching and just enjoying the view. Check in was easy, space was just as described!

Great location close to the pier and shops/restaurants. We had feared it might be noisy but that was not a problem. Great deck overlooking the beach. Boogie boards and beach chairs/umbrella were provided which was nice. Accommodation worked well even with 5 adults at one point. Only negatives were beds not the most comfortable and for some reason no juicer which makes margaritas harder.

Awesome Oceanside condo right on the beach! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Check in was a breeze even with getting to town by 11pm! Anyone wanting to be right on the water and walking distance to a ton of restaurants I recommend this condo! The space itself was a little tight for 4 adults but we made it work with the pull out couches! Thanks for letting us stay! A++
