We had a great time in this vacation home. The location was great. Great walking distance to the beach and the pier if you appreciate a little stroll. Close proximity to groceries. The home was exactly as described and there were linen, towel, and kitchen supply accommodations. Everything was in excellent working order. Thank you for supplying a location for our family to make memories.

We’ve been coming to Newport for 10+ years and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. It feels super new and clean and is such an amazing location. Keep in mind that this is two separate units. That was not apparent until til we arrived but worked out great for us. My husband and our 2 year old stayed in the upstairs 1 bed / 1 bath, and the rest of our fam stayed in the 3 bed / 2 bath below.

Fantastic place to stay, 30 second or less walk to the beach. It is quite spacious and split between 2 units. Very clean and plenty of parking in the back. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

We had a little trouble with the locks when we got there, our codes weren’t working which was frustrating, but Vacasa was on the phone trying to help resolve the situation. Once we got in, the place was beautiful, clean, and even closer to the beach than I originally thought. It’s in a safe area, the house fits so many and still feels comfortable and not crowded. And you’re only a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute ride to all the main restaurants, bars, and shops! Absolutely beautiful, would definitely rent this home again!
