Great location and nice beach house. We enjoyed the front patio and beach proximity! Furniture in the family room and beds were not that comfortable but otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Paper products (towels and TP) could be better quality for the price per night.

The beach house was fantastic. It was clean and well maintained. The team communicated with us very well with one exception. There was a city "short-term rental" inspector that showed up and a Vacasa rep. No one had told us about this and we weren't comfortable allowing them in the house while we were renting it. We're not sure if they went in while we were gone though. Other than the that the house and location were exceptional. Would love to stay there again.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Did I mention location? You are a literal rock through away from the beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, and bars/restaurants. The house was absolutely perfect for myself, my wife, and our 3.5 and 2 year old. The front porch was unbelievable. You can hear the waves at night time crashing. Parking was great, garages were for a small car but out front of the garages I was able to fit a lifted ford raptor with ease.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was even more charming in person, and very spacious. Everything was perfectly clean, and all the decor was so well done. A party of 5 stayed for a 40th birthday weekend and it was perfect. Steps from the ocean, easy walk to the boardwalk, grocery store, and Lido. Could not have chosen a better spot!

Adorable cottage. It was perfect for the four of us (two teenagers got their own rooms). I agree that the living room seating could be more comfortable. The wicker chairs are very uncomfortable and belong outside. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place! As compared to other beach houses we've stayed at in the area, this one was by far in the best shape and the cleanest! We also loved the bedding - the linens were of high quality and the beds were very soft. The walk to the beach only took a couple of minutes, and we also enjoyed short walks to restaurants, a grocery store, and our favorite donut shop! This is our new go-to place in Newport!

Everything was great about the space. We had 8 adults and 2 infants and it was a little tight quarters but we were outside the majority of the time so it was fine. We cooked all meals there at the house and the kitchen had everything that was needed. We used the outside grill once and the front patio was great. We did have 3 vehicles and while the description said parking for 3 cars, this is parking for 3 smaller cars. We had 2 SUVs and we ended up needing to find street parking as they did not fit in the garage - I think that was the only thing missing from the description. Overall was a great stay in Newport Beach.

perfect beach stay for our family. clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and we especially loved how we could just walk right out to the beach within 1-2 minutes. we rented bikes/scooters for our stay and could access everything we wanted in the area. At night the street/area was quiet and peaceful. would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Love the three spots parking for cars. Fully equipped kitchen and easy instructions to get in and out. Very responsive hosts. Love walking by sea shore. Quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom smells a little musty so candles or air fresheners could help. Besides that everything else is great!

Great location only a few homes away from the beach. Good sized rooms with a great patio on a quiet street. Well decorated with the beach theme. Having three parking spots was a plus! Overall, it was a great stay, and I would absolutely stay here again. Only suggestions would to be for the host to supply a few basics when it comes to cooking spices, foil, and maybe additional toilet paper. Games for the kids and families would be a nice touch. Beach chairs need an upgrade. Had a great conversation with the owner and she was very receptive. Looking forward to the next stay!

This place is perfect for friends or a small family gathering. The location is unbeatable and the outdoor space is perfect to enjoy the sunshine. Everything within a 15-20 min. walk. My family and I had a very pleasant stay in this cute beach house. We had 2 days of heavy rain due to winter storm around California and unfortunately we could not enjoy the barbecue outside. The neighbourhood was nice and peaceful and the house was very clean and matched the description. Will definitely like to come back during summer on a future trip.
