The house was amazing… the location was perfect, Airbnb responded very quickly but the management company did not, just fyi, it does have parking but the people across the alley park in front of their garage and not even with a small car can you get in, aside from that the house was truly beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to go back.

The location of this AirBNB is IDEAL. Steps from the beach. Cute coastal decor! Older, beachside place but exactly what we wanted/needed. Parking garage is tight as other reviewers mentioned so we booked our rental car accordingly. Keep that in mind! Otherwise great!

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The home was immaculate and smelled clean. The decor is bright and cheerful. The beds are super comfortable and it was nice to have a second bathroom. The kitchen was bright and modern. This place is truly lovely and about a block from the beach. The only small drawback is the parking is very difficult at times. If you rent a car, rent something small for the garage. All in all, it exceeded my expectations!

I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Newport Beach. It was closer to the beach than we realized and super walkable into the Lido Marina area. Such a great getaway!

The place was clean and everything worked great. The place was right by the beach and a great location. The parking spot in the garage was nice since there were a lot of cars on the street. The garage was a little tricky to get into due to how small the alleyway was but that is inevitable in those houses.

What a perfect spot for a family getaway from rainy Seattle! Everything was pristine. Just as pictured. Loved the outdoor space. Beds are doubles, which was fine for us, but I imagine they might be too small for some people.

This house was perfect to celebrate my boyfriends birthday weekend just us two! It was a short walk to the beach and so close to so many restaurants and things to do! I would recommend this house and would for sure stay here again!! The host was super responsive and helped answer any questions I had during the stay during all hours of the day.

Great stay, would book again. We enjoyed memorable sunsets and walks on the beach with our 1 year old. Everything was very clean, friendly neighbors and 12 min walk to boardwalk. Coffee would have been nice, just noticed they had filters and coffee pot but no coffee. 10am check out is a tad early compared to hotels and other options in the area. Regardless I would definitely stay again and would recommend it.
