We absolutely loved our stay at Vacasa California. It was so beautiful and peaceful and being right on the canal was lovely. The property had everything we needed, including the paddle boards which we used and thoroughly enjoyed!

Location was great! We were able to walk everywhere and had a great time and made great family memories. No air conditioning and leaving windows open to sleep with the road noise on Newport Blvd was a little difficult. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

This place was absolutely amazing! Despite some of the doors having issues opening and closing I would still rate it 5 stars for how great the location is. The place was absolutely worth it for the price of it and the length of stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing location and great view. House has some quirks, such as no real door knob, broken screens, blinds, etc. Also, the house has AC but the owner has disabled it. This can be a real problem depending on weather. When we checked in, the house was SUPER warm despite it being well into the evening. I reached out to the management company about it and suggested they at least draw the blinds down to keep it a bit cooler for people when they check-in and they gave me a condescending response, suggesting I don't know how to operate blinds properly. Guests need to be vigilant about drawing blinds during their stay to try to keep the house cool and run the fans at all times (assuming they are working, 1 of ours was broken).

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time with family I hadn't seen in a while. My aunt and cousins loved this place. The beds were very cushy and we all slept like logs. Loved the mornings with the nice kitchen and dining area overlooking the ocean canal. Lots of friendly people cruising by on kayaks, paddle boards, duffy boats. Views of cool beach houses, boats and docks. Cooked up steaks on the grill in the evening and sat outside watching the sunset. Very unique area and glad for the 2-car garage. There were some minor items like the fridge door rubbed on the cabinets in the kitchen, a light switch not flush on the wall in the garage, but nothing major like some reviewers stated. Loved the floorplan and feel of the old school 1947 house with its wood floors.

We met our kids and grandkids for a few days at this location. This was a perfect location to see everyone all together. My wife and I met our 8 month old grandson for the first time here, which made it, more special. The house is spacious, decorated great with all the ammendities you could ask for. Staff was on top of it....I asked a few questions in the beginning and during my stay and the response was prompt and professional. Thank you all... this made my entire family happy with memories to last a life time.

the location was great. it's dog friendly (only a few grassy areas though) and a short walk from everything including the beach! the house is kid friendly with plates for kids as well. there's even fishing rods for kids! the house is a little old with lots of little things off or broken (for example the door trim was falling off). if staples or nails aren't showing it's purely cosmetic and it won't affect your stay. it was a little weird having people come in and out of the backyard for the boat. my dog alerted us. i'd highly recommend this place for families. it's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to whatever you need.
