Nice place in the middle of action, lots to do within walking distance, easy walk to beach. The only downside was the pictures in description included patio furniture to sit and relax on but was not part of our unit, there is a small balcony with grill on it but no where to sit outside. Overall I would recommend staying here

Great location if you want to be close to all the things in New Port. It does get loud at night because of all of the restaurants and bars, but it didn’t bother us at all.

The location was excellent for walking a very short distance to the beach with our kids and plenty of restaurants. It is near bars, so it was a bit loud at night if the windows were open. The home was clean and spacious. Clear instructions for entry and the garage was a great bonus.

It is an absolutely incredible location; I couldn't have asked for a better address when it came to walking distance to the beach, the pier and restaurants. As an entrepreneur, being able to walk to HanaHaus was amazing. I loved the dedicated parking space. The place was exactly as listed, aside from the dedicated workspace - this was not in the unit, so I worked from the very comfy, very large kitchen table and was quite content. The floors needed to be cleaned, and there were missing amenities; however, the property management company was very helpful, and the communication was incredible - despite other reviews saying it wasn't. Be patient and go through the channels - within 12 hours, they had rectified the "issues" and were very responsive. Mistakes happen, but it's all in how they're handled, and the host did a wonderful job at ensuring I had all I needed. I would happily rebook and recommend this unit to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the Newport Pier lifestyle.

Great location in the middle of everything. Lots of shops and resteraunts all around. Really close to ocean. It is in a busy part of town so if you want peace and quiet probably not the option but it didn't bother us. We are used to city noises. I would stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Newport Beach area. Just steps to the pier and all the shops/restaurants in the area. There is road noise and a lot of foot traffic on Friday and Saturday evenings be we loved the hustle and bustle of the city at night. The place looks just like the pictures if not better. The check-in process was exactly as described and worked perfectly. We had tenants in the unit upstairs with kids but never heard a peep out of them. Overall, we thought the place was awesome and would definitely recommend staying here!

One block away from the beach! I honestly didn’t realize how close it was. Also loved the fact that there were so many restaurant/bars within walking distance, which made things so much more convenient. The space was incredible and very spacious - loved that everyone was able to have their own privacy with the rooms. I will definitely be coming back!

A great place one block from the beach. Plenty of space to relax and feel like home. The second bedroom is less luxurious than the first and is downstairs and quite dark, but it still has its own bathroom and is very private. There were people staying in the rental unit upstairs for the last night of our stay, having been no one there before. You could hear everything they said when they spoke and as there’s obviously hard floors upstairs, it was noisy when they were moving around. A good spacious space, but not sure I’d stay here again as it would be annoying if people were in the unit upstairs.

Very nice place, we rented the two units in this same home for ourselves and our wedding party. This was a great set-up for lots of people. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and activities and super close to the beach. Great stay!
