We had our Girl Scout culminating trip with 9 high school seniors and us three troop leaders. Found this amazing home that’s walking distance to the beach, minutes from the pier and Lido Village. Plenty of space to gather and hang out and also head to the beach or walk to Seaside donuts, Handels ice cream for a sweet treat. Toughest part was finding street parking for one of our cars as there were only 2 dedicated parking spaces but this is to be expected in this area. We made some great new memories while reminiscing past 13 years together!

This airbnb was a great stay to get quickly to the beach, any of the restaurants and shopping of the Balboa Peninsula. Would recommend for larger families, or groups wanting the perfect beach stay.

The house and space is beautiful, location is perfect. It was great for a group of 10 of us to enjoy the weekend! Our only hiccup was getting in, they sent us the completely wrong codes and house instructions. After spending about an hour on the phone with support who was convinced we were at the wrong house (we were not), we finally got through and received the correct instructions. When we were leaving, the cleaning crew showed up about 30 minutes before our checkout time which was awkward but they were kind and waited outside for us to finish packing. Not the best customer experience but the house was great so we were happy!

We had a wonderful time! The location is great for walking everywhere. It is a very busy area though so it can be loud at night. We still really enjoyed it and we would stay there again! :)

the place is great. original hardwood floors and beams in the ceiling. close to beach. nice to have 2 spots to park. the only issue we had was that the unit below kept using the roof top deck and was not supposed to. we did bring this up to Vacasa but it was never fully resolved. It did not take away from our visit. we still had a great time! Fits 10 people great!

This place was wonderful! It was WAY bigger than expected. It is really close to the boardwalk so we didn't have to drive our car to get dinner. There were beach towels provided and beach chairs in the garage. We stayed over a weekend and it was a bit noisy with the windows open at night because of being so close to the main area in Newport, but it was not an issue with the windows shut. Overall, beautiful home in the perfect location.

My review has more to do with Vacasa the management company who manages the property. Being from silicon valley I started renting via Airbnb from its inception. Vacasa was by far the most professional staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with. A minor issue developed upon arrival and when contacted the staff exemplified the highest standards of customer service. A shout out to Supervisor Courtney who handled the situation quickly, efficiently and professionally. Tony changed the codes on the locks and he was also very helpful. The housekeeper left the home spotless and my wife who is not easily impressed commented that she did a great job. As with any organization front line personnel reflect the attitude of management at the top and it is apparent that the organization from the top down makes customer service its first priority. Elise the senior general manager took the time to call me directly and that was much appreciated Thank you for a great stay – Kindest Regards
