This place was perfect for our family of 5. It is a block away from the beach and close enough for a short walk to the pier. The house had everything we needed for the week including beach towels, a few beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for little kids. The listing doesn’t list these amenities but when we messaged Vacasa they were super quick to respond and helpful. There is 1 TV in the main living room with none in the individual rooms but it made sure that we all just hung out at night watching shows. The Wi-Fi worked great. It’s on a busy street but we didn’t really mind the noise. Reviews mention the upstairs noise but I almost never heard the other renters all week. The only negatives were the broken dishwasher and front door lock. The lock was near impossible to figure out with my teenagers and the door code stopped working midweek. When contacting them, they were quick to respond and gave us the lockbox key to use instead. Recommend replacing the lock altogether please.

Our stay at Vacasa was great! The host was responsive and helpful with any issues we had. The location was amazing, and we enjoyed all the amenities in the house. The check-in process was smooth, and the space was exactly as described. Perhaps the heaters in the rooms could be replaced. Other than that, everything else was great. We would definitely book the stay again.

Great location...close to beach, restaurants, shopping...all in walking distance. Also, right across the street from the park. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed. Garage fit our Toyota highlander. 2nd bathroom very small.

Had two small children with me and this place was perfect. So many parks to walk to near by also close to the beach. Tons of space for them to crawl and walk around the house. Mostly took stroller to walk to local grocery store or to restaurants. Beds were comfortable had a tub for bath time. I would definitely stay here again neighbor hood felt quite and safe. Having a washer and dryer to use was helpful. Garage is super small so keep that in mind when taking a vehicle but was easy in and out. You can hear top unit quests walking up stairs but with sound machines for the kids they were unbothered. The floors could have been a little cleaner with my kids crawling and walking around they were pretty filthy but overall amazing stay and would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay! The location was so convenient we were able to walk pretty much anywhere! The beds were very comfortable as well as the linens and bedding. I would definitely stay here again!

We did enjoy our vacay.its a plus close to the ocean. Great locatio. Clean area but the tiny backyard was to the street side with was a little noisy. other than that we did had a great time. thank you for hospitality.

Overall great place. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing to note is that the patio is not as large as the pictures make it seem, and it is on the main street which is not obvious in the pictures. Either way it was a good place for the price and worked well for our party of 6 adults.

The location was beautiful and lots to do around. The beach was literally our backyard. They have beach towels ready to go for us. The home was nice and cozy. We had a little hiccup but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Noah was amazing! House needed a little heater and he responded immediately. He definitely knows how to take care of his guest. He went above an beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! Definitely will be returning!

Good location and very comfortable beds! Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the shared washer and dryer in the garage is on the side that the other unit parks in, so if they had their car parked in there, we couldn’t actually access the washer and dryer since the car would be too close to open the doors of the washer and dryer. Other than that, everything was perfect for what we needed. Updated, clean, felt bigger than it was, and great price.

Super tolle lage! 1min zum strand. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. es wahr alles sehr sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Ein TV mit netflix, einen garagen platz,waschmaschine und trockner und badetücher für den strand. Wir würden wider dort bleiben.

Excellent location!! Very close to the beach, a park with playground close by for the kids and a supermarket within walking distance. This is the bottom unit of the complex. Parking is indeed a little tight but we managed to fit a Toyota Sienna in the space.

Nice place close to the beach and grocery store. Looked like the floors and bathroom were recently renovated. Kitchen appliances also seemed new. Like any place that is on a main thoroughfare the road noise was a little annoying but the front patio gets a lot more shade than the houses on the side streets so it’s a trade off for sure. We stayed in the bottom unit and the garage was small but easy to get into because it’s at the intersection of two alleys — with the mirrors folded we were able to get our minivan in there. The only other minor complaint I have is there were no mixing bowls or serving dishes that I could find (mixed pancake batter in a pot lol).

This house was what you’d expect for the location. You get this place because you want to spend time on the beach. And this place gives you the beds to sleep in and the kitchen to prep in and the grill to cook on… between trips to the beach. Amazing!

Great home amazing location one block from beach informe of CHILDREN’S park and Three blocks from supermarket and coffee shops. The house was very confortable. The parking was a bit difficult as very tight space but great to have parking spot on this busy beach area. Back patio very comfortable. Beds and bathroom also very comfortable. All in all enjoyed out stay only issue was communication with management company it is not owner operated and hence when we asked about early checkin knowing that no one was staying.M there day before the management company we’re not able to confirm and only sent generic checkin instructions. Morning of arrival but never confirmed if yes we could do early checkin. This was disappointing as was with my 3 year old and would have been good to know that it was an option so she could have gone to the home from the airpor instead of driving around until checkin time. But apart from management company lack of response it was a pleasant stay at a good price and a nice property. I recommend
