Charming Beachside Bungalow w/ Light & Airy D'cor -- 300 Yards to Beach

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and is in a beautiful neighborhood. The location was fantastic - walking distance to the beach. I love that they had bikes available for use in the garage. We'd happily stay here again on a future visit. The only odd thing was having to upload my drivers license and a selfie photo to a 3rd party website and sign a rental agreement. I've never had to jump through those hoops for an Airbnb rental before so that was new to me and took a bit of back and forth with the 3rd party to get my reservation request approved.

This home is a great find. Clean and well appointed home. Very comfortable for the 4 adults. Enjoyed our daily walks to the ocean and visits to Morro Bay. We come to Morro Bay each year for a getaway and this will be our spot again.

Just right in size, well kept, clean and a great location near the beach. We walked on the beach every morning, lounged in the back yard in the afternoon, prepared dinners in the evening. Kitchen was tidy and well equipped. Would stay here again.

We LOVED our stay here! The photos were a perfect description of the space that helped manage expectations as we were traveling with our toddler. The house had absolutely everything we needed plus more! Loved that there were tons of extra pillows, towels, and blankets. Not to mention all the fun stuff in the garage to make beach activities the most fun. There was also a booklet at the house from the owners that shared their fave local spots like eateries and parks along with a diary that visitors can write in - the details were amazing. Highly recommend!

Nice house close to beach, park and trails. Nicely stocked. Enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was getting the code to work, it took several tries each time which was frustrating when you have little ones that need to get in and use the facilities. Otherwise all good, we will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was nicely appointed and very clean. The shower did back up but that was quickly remedied. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and used the BBQ, everything worked well. We would stay again.

We LOVED this house. We’ve stayed in tons of vacation rentals and this one is definitely one of the top ones. The home was spotless and well appointed. It was relieving to not have to basically clean the whole house and wash all the bedding before checkout. We threw the towels in the wash and ran the dishwasher and that was it! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and the short walk to the beach was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place & its location to the walking path. Rode the bikes all the way to the beach & had a blast. Quiet and relaxing. Also management company is super responsive & accommodating. Only thing I wish is that they allowed 1 hour later check out if needed. Would come back & stay here.

We had a good time staying at the house. The proximity to the beach is a major plus. The communication was tedious though. The property is managed by a company. We received five messages from five different people. As we did not find any detergent for the washing machine of tabs for the dishwasher we were told upon request that they only would provide a „starter pack“ in order to keep the rent low for the property but they would bring the „starter pack“ the next day. It never arrived and we bought the detergent and tabs ourselves. We did not need those again in the subsequent airbnbs as they are generally provided by the hosts.

This was the perfect house for our family’s annual beach trip. Its location can’t be beat, so close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I think this was the first air bnb that was actually better in person than the pictures. The home is super cozy and very clean! The bathrooms are updated and have showers with good water pressure. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again for sure!

Lovely beach house steps from the shore! We were here for Cal Poly graduation and Father's Day and this place was perfect for 4 adults! Immaculately clean, kitchen with all the equipment and basic foodstuffs, comfy beds, showers & toilets with ample water pressure, and toiletries & laundry detergent provided. Can't ask for a more complete set up for a beach vacation. For the kiddies, there was a wagon full of beach toys and 2 bikes for beach cruising. One thing to note is that there is limited communication from Vacasa through the app - asked a question over the app (that turned out to be a non-issue for us) and it went unacknowledged, so wasn't sure if they read it at all. Not the typical friendly back-and-forth messaging as with past Airbnbs, though Vacasa did call and leave a message regarding something in the house. It's probably best to call them directly if you have any needs or concerns. Definitely a recommend, would come back for sure!

Upon arriving at the rental we were offered early check in. The unit was exactly as described. The rental is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and is in excellent condition. We were very comfortable and appreciated being away from the main tourist center of Morro Beach. The home is not fancy, but is clean, functional and very comfortable.

A cozy and updated house that is less than a block away from the beach and some nice bluff trails. Great base camp for going to places like Montana De Oro. Also close to the grocery store and Taco Temple, which is awesome! The house is well stocked with everything you'd need to cook and the basic condiments. Toiletry and towels were also available and quite nice! I would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Awesome and beautiful is how I would describe this house. The owners did a masterful job in furnishing and decorating this house. The beds are super comfortable as well is the furniture in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. One night I cooked some pasta and there was even a strainer! The beach is just a short walk away and downtown Morrow Bay is less than a five minute drive away I would most definitely recommend this house to friends and family. The only negative comment I have is in the "listing description". There is no mention of a ring device in the rental listing. There is even a sign on the window facing the driveway warning that is residence is protected by Ring. I understand the logic of installing such a device, but since there is no mention of this device in the listing, this is a violation of Vrbo's protocols for having such a device.

Super easy to book and work with. Didn’t need to contact their property management one time! Convenient location next to a beach that not a lot of the public knows about so it’s nice and quiet. Rental was great, just wish it had a keriug but Foghorn Brewery across the street was great.

This home was perfect for my family of four. Great beach access to a quiet, uncrowded part of Morro Strand State Beach. Quiet neighborhood. It’s a nice walk/bike ride to town and even shorter stroll to some great Mexican restaurants, a brew pub, and a nice cafe. Comfortable beds and a decent kitchen made this an excellent home base. This is a wonderful home, and we had such a great stay! It was steps from the beach, with a great boardwalk for walking and biking, and a short walk away from a small neighborhood playground. The home itself was super clean, quiet, and comfortable, and checking in was fast and easy with the numeric pad on the door lock. The location is convenient to Cambria and Avila as well, if you’re looking to explore the area more. We stayed here with a 5-year-old and had a great time.

Great Morro Bay location. It's extremely close to a beautiful and sparsely populated beach. In addition, there is a long and fantastic bike trail that is very scenic and easy to ride, even with young children. Even with a 3.5 and 5 years old in tow, we were able to bike to the Morro Rock and the pier area in about 30-40 minutes. Absolutely enjoyed using the provided beach chairs, toys and bike cruisers during our stay. While the place is not the most modern looking home, the place is sparkling clean and comfortable. This is our second visit to this home within the last 12 months and we likely will visit again in the future.

This place was incredibly clean (one of the cleanest I've stayed in) and in a very convenient location (5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the grocery store and great taco place, etc.). This was a great space for my family of 4 (which includes two young children). I'll definitely try to stay here again if I'm back in the area.

A cute, clean, cozy house in a great neighborhood and a few minutes walk to the beach. My kids were right at home and our stay was relaxing and very comfortable. The full kitchen also has small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker) for use and a pantry with some spices and oils for cooking. The internet was fine, we were able to still have our oldest do remote learning with some slow down if we tried to have the tv on at the same time. Friendly neighbors, beautiful view, and a really enjoyable stay.

The beach is so close and the neighborhood is quiet. After sheltering in place in my house for 8 months, it was nice to be able to relax in such a comfortable home.

Amazing place! Unexpectedly better than the pictures. Felt clean. The beds were comfortable. The space felt nice and good for our family of four. Nice living room and dining room areas to enjoy a meal. Big enough space for the kids to run around. Very quiet neighborhood. Used their washer a couple times which made it easier to not bring too many changes of clothes since the weather changed day to day. Turnkey answered texts quickly. Takes about 10-15 min to walk from door to water, depending how much stuff and who you have with you. We also rode on the two adult bikes from the garage (they had helmets but we didn’t know and brought ours), and our kids had their striders, all the way to T pier to view the sea otters. The view along the way is amazing! The bike path is all paved depending where you go. There is a “short cut” but through sandy shaded area that made it longer actually. There were boogie boards in the garage. The little “hotel” touches were nice (small bottles of shampoo and conditioner). I would definitely come back to this house or rent from any Turnkey property again.

I booked this house for me, my husband and my one year old daughter after looking at lots of options. It turned out to be perfect for us: steps from the beach, quiet neighborhood, and what really appealed to me is that the house is pretty child friendly. Not childproof! But not full of fragile things and extra clutter. There are beach toys and a wagon to pull them in, and they even have a stroller. The house had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We loved our stay and hope to come back one day.

Great place and wonderful location. Very easy walk to the beach. The house was very comfortable. We used the bikes in the garage as well- which was a nice touch. It would be great if the shower was updated (it’s older and hard to clean well- we saw some mold) but otherwise the place was great. I would recommend it.
