The cute little house was accessible to good restaurants and seeing the city. I will definitely will return. Only suggestion is need ceiling fans for warm weather.

Everything was so perfect except the dog was barking all the night… otherwise it is a nice and quiet neighborhood. You could find anything you needed here. Also can see the see from the driveway.

The house was clean and neat. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, despite neighbor’s dog barking continuously at midnight one night. The sound insulation of the house was not very good, and so if people go in and out of the bedrooms may disturb each other. But if you have only 2-3 people staying together, then it can be manageable. The place is close to center of Monterey and very convenient to park.

The home was nice and perfect for what we needed it for. Although it's on a main street and can get loud if you have the windows open to let the great breeze in. Beautiful view from the livingroom down to the ocean. The home was spacious enough and clean. We will definitely be back as it holds a special place in my heart. We came up to leave our daughter and see her off to college so it was our last weekend with her. This Mingo home will always be a place for me to call my 2nd home away from home. It's close to the college so it's easy for her to come back and forth to. Thank you for your hospitality and I'm so upset that I didn't fill out your welcome book because as I said Mingo Home will always be in my heart.

Lovely little place to stay for a few days while we explored Monterey. The kitchen was wonderful and we were able to do a lot of cooking. It was super nice to have a garage where we could store surfboards and hang wetsuits to dry, and were very happy to find two beach chairs there as well. Washer and dryer were definitely a plus. The interior is lovely, but I do wish they'd do some landscaping or plant something outside—it would be such a lovely little oasis with a few trees or bushes and some ground cover.

We spent 5 nights with three people in Seaside. The house has offered a nice and cozy place to spend time together, cook and watch movies. If you have a car, it is easy to get around. We had everything we needed and were very satisfied with our stay.

This was a perfect home base for our family of four as we explored the area. Very clean and peaceful! We didn't want to leave. One minor thing - consider bringing basic pantry supplies if you'll be using the kitchen; we didn't spot any coffee, tea or salt in the cupboards.

This place was beautiful. The house was immaculate, the host was super friendly and informative, and the neighborhood was amazing. We walked the neighborhood everyday. The were parks every couple of blocks with astonishing views of Monterey Bay. The house was spacious, yet quaint. Moreover, the kitchen had everything you could need to make home cooked meals and feel right at place, with several supermarkets within minutes. We will absolutely stay here again Scott

stayed in the blue house to run the monterey. at half marathon. nice location- not walkable, but a short drive from seaside and monterey attractions. the kitchen was well equipped to prepare several lovely meals and the beds were comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The location felt convenient for traveling to Carmel or Monterey. There was no AC but home stayed relatively cool with having the windows open.

The house is exactly as described & depicted in photos. It was really a joy to have outdoor space, parking, and a washer/dryer available for use. The neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away from commercial areas that are easily accessible. I would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay in seaside at this air bnb! It had a cute beachy/indie vibe, with super comfortable beds and a shower with the most perfect water pressure! The view from the living room is beautiful and we hope to visit again someday!

Such a gem of a rental. A great backyard for relaxing and plenty of space inside the home. The house is stocked with all your needs and making a meal was a breeze. So close to Monterey and Big Sur for day trips, even the airport was less than a 10 minute ride away. I will definitely be returning!
