The place looks exactly as described in the photos. Host was very responsive & even offered to let us check in earlier. What I really liked was how clean the home was. My friends and I will definitely be booking this home again in the future Things to note for parking. Driveway is not made for lower cars. Had a hard time driving up, scratched my car a little. Recommend bringing a truck or car that is not low

Great style, fun and functional layout, super comfy/cozy. Just the right distance to the Village … easy to get there far enough away to not feel over run by the tourist crowds. Everything was in good working order, very nicely stocked supplies and well maintained property. We would definitely stay there again.

I would like to state that I stayed in the snow white unit, it was a beautifully, well decorated spacious cabin with all of the needed amenities. I stayed in several other cabims locally, but this one especially stood out and by far my favorite. A wonderful updated, secluded unit. I give it a 5 star rating.

I had a great stay at this Vacasa-managed home in Lake Arrowhead. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. I really appreciated that it was dog-friendly—it made traveling with my pet so much easier. The location is fantastic—close to everything, yet peaceful and scenic. The Vacasa team was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The only thing I’d mention is the driveway: it’s quite steep, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a low-clearance vehicle, as you may scrape. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a lovely area.

Overall this home was just what we needed for a little getaway. Cozy with beautiful decor and lovely views. Everything seemed new which was nice! Kitchen didn't have any mugs so we had to go buy some for our morning coffee. I would also recommend to bring your own cooking items because all the kitchen cupboards were basically empty besides dishes, cups, pans and eating utensils. I would have loved for a working fireplace and a hair dryer. Also, beware of the steep hill to park, we have a sedan and got some

  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
