The house has been newly renovated and it shows! It was easy to walk in and feel at home! The kids absolutely loved the Pac-Man machine, the hot tub , a TV in their room, and the adorable machine that dispenses nuts for the many Jays and squirrels. Since we had planned to do a lot of cooking, the spacious, well stocked kitchen was a big plus. The appliances were all new and there were plenty of dishes. The beds were all comfy and everything worked well!

We absolutely loved our relaxing weekend at the Lake Arrowhead Serene Cabin! Upon our arrival we noticed that the cabin was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with all of the essentials, as well as some nice unexpected amenities (love the Pac-Man machine)! I had the most wonderful time at The Serene Cabin! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed, making my stay so easy and comfortable. I stayed in this home with 2 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. The kitchen was remodeled since the last time we stayed and it was beautiful! My kids loved beating the top score on the Pac Man game and we enjoyed nice walks in the snow. The beds are SO comfortable! Very close to the village and a short drive to both snow valley and summit. What a perfect stay! The house was even better than the pictures. The open concept lower floor was exactly what we needed to be able to cook, watch the kids, talk, and play games all at the same time. The patio outside was perfect size for the dog to walk around as well as us to go outside and enjoy a glass of wine and talk. The bedrooms upstairs were super spacious and clean. The communication was prompt and clear which was so nice. I would highly recommend this place for a family or friends. We played so many of the games there available by the host. The area was so quiet and we were able to take the dog for walks in the neighborhood as well.

My parents turned 80 this year and their request was to be with family in the mountains! This cabin allowed that wish to come true. Serene Cabin was clean, cozy and just perfect for our weekend getaway. They did a great job with the remodel choices and everything was just right for our family of 4 plus my parents. The living area was perfect for lounging and watching the football game, the dining room allowed us to eat and play games as a family (the Arcade 1 Up was loved by my boys) and the kitchen made cooking easy! The beds were very comfy. I definitely recommend this cabin and hope to come back again!

It was mine and my family's first time to Lake Arrowhead, so we didn't know what to expect. The house was exactly as described. Everything was provided as far as towels and heat. Hosts were very quick and responsive, which I appreciated. The only one thing I would say, and it's not a complaint, is that the shorts had strands of hairs, which made me feel like the the bathrooms weren't cleaned appropriately. But other than that, our family enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of games provided, card and board games. Heaters in the rooms, we slept comfortably. Would definitely book again

We had the pleasure of spending the weekend at this beautiful mountain home and It was exactly what we needed!! It had everything that we could ask for as was the perfect getaway! We felt right at home the minute we put our bags down. It was just the two of us but it could easily fit a whole family. Nestled right into the trees, the surroundings were just beautiful. This home is super cute and cozy! Very warm, with everything you need. Jensons groceries was 6 minutes away and sold firewood for the fireplace. One bedroom is downstairs and has a private entrance, while the other large rooms are upstairs. I slept in both upstairs bedrooms, in the king bed each night and slept like a baby both nights! The porch is enclosed so the dogs and kids can go in and out with no worries. We also took family walks up the hill which was fun. Town and the lake is 10 minutes away Skiin

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving! The home was warm and inviting the moment we walked in the front door. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook our feast, while the kids and pup relaxed by the fire. My five year old had his first video game marathon with the PacMan mini-arcade, and I am pretty sure he will never forget it (we all enjoyed it). The cabin is close to Will Abell Memorial Trail which was great for hiking with kids and dog. It is a beautiful close drive to Lake Arrowhead Village and a 15 minute drive to Mackay Rec Park with a great playground. So grateful to have had such an awesome impromptu stay-- easy, comfortable, and peaceful. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again.
