Loved the three floors where families could spread out with gorgeous 360 views. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions, and very welcoming even giving tips for nearby parks. Access to the lakeside trail was unexpected but one of the highlights for our guest party. Saw bald eagle, merganser, goldeneye and other birds minutes after hitting the trail from steps adjacent to house. House clean, beds comfy and kitchen(s) equipped with everything we needed. Water pressure was a bit limited when multiple showers were running at the same time. We recently stayed at this cabin with a large group of friends to get away from the city. Even with so many guests the space never felt crowded and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy their time. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy (necessities for a rental in my opinion). Been renting homes for getaways to Arrowhead for the past 10 years. This was one of the most fun places we stayed. Easy access to town, blue jay and the water. Very spacious and open layout. Decks were great for evening dinners. Would definitely rent again.

This house was a perfect fit for our families and small children. We felt very safe and being lake front was perfect. The trail around the lake was beautiful. It's about 15 minute walk to arrowhead brewery and 5 minutes more to the village and it's a gorgeous walk. We loved this house and would definitely rebook! It's older but a great cabin feel with lots of room to spread out.

The house and the location were great, very spacious. If you love cabin feeling, dark woods, this is a great place. On another note, VACASA is a terrible company. First, I didn't know I am booking through VACASA as I went to book through VRBO. My issue isn't with the property, but with Vacasa as a company. I made the reservation for this property for a group retreat on a specific weekend. The LA fires ended up happening, and the entire city of Lake Arrowhead shut down power. As a result, Vacasa told me not to come anymore, and that they would reschedule my trip, but only within a 30 day window. My stay here was amazing, I loved everything about this cabin. I almost didn’t want to go home! The owner is very responsive and helpful with a few questions I had. My only complain was not having access to the docks without an access card, but I should have looked into that prior. The owner was nice enough to provide some suggestions to close by lakes that was very appreciated. Overall it was a great stay; the neighborhood is calm and peaceful and full of pleasant neighbors. I highly recommend a stay here :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The cabin was beautiful. Pictures don’t do the location justice. The cabin is very spacious, yet felt cozy and inviting. We were surrounded by beautiful nature and a great view of lake. Highly recommend this place and I look forward to booking here again.

This location was beautiful, great getaway for a family vacation. Probably made for 2 families to spend a vacation rather than one, plenty of space. Finding the house was a little challenging as the house number isn't on a viewable mailbox or garage. But it was easy check-in. Game room was fun for our kiddos, personal favorite the balcony with the view of the lake. The only downfall would be that there isn't any lake access. We also wished there was a little more description of amenities available/unavailable. The description in listing gives the bigger areas of the house more highlights and shys away from describing smaller things you might want to know you will have available to you. Our stay was amazing overall which is why we give a 5 star rating. Thanks for a great family vacation.
