The entire cabin was very clean, and it felt comfortable to be there. It was quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed the retro aspect and loved how everything was very original yet kept up and clean. It was difficult to find a lighter for the fireplace, but after some digging, we were able to find one. Bring your own Duraflame logs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The driveway is very steep, my car is extremely low, and unfortunately, I was unable to park in the driveway, which made it a bit difficult, other than that we rate this place top notch.

The overall appearance and amenities were truly Retro, we loved it. The cabin was cozy, comforting and well maintained. The location was great, near to everything and especially the Lake. The upstairs bedroom loft was very comfortable and we loved the open feel of the windows. The deck was amazing and when we couldn't find the light switch to turn off the outdoor light at night to look at the stars, we were able to get a real person on the phone to help us. The driveway is very steep and it was scary- definitely something to consider. Loved the location and the neighborhood.

Great place to stay, really close to the village and the lake. Our experience here was quite cozy. Our only issue was with parking and the extremely steep driveway. My SUV scraped the floor a bit while our friends sedan could not even enter the driveway. It is very narrow and extremely steep. Otherwise the house is very cozy and a great place to stay!

We loved the retro style of the furnitures! And also the structuring of the house (big windows, two living rooms, etc) makes it really cozy. There was a snowstorm when we stayed in the cabin, and the view was terrific. We loved this experience!

For the price, the place was amazing. My only criticism was how to get in the cabin. You needed to go into the garage first, then use the passcode to get in the door. They should note that in the description.

Loved the retro themed cabin, got a good feel of a forest cabin life. I would definitely recommend coming to stay there , I had so much fun I even considered moving to lake arrowhead. The village it self was amazing and it’s was peaceful. I enjoyed every minute there. May book in the future …

The cabin was very cozy, warm, and clean. Great location! Lake Arrowhead was visible from a dining room. We happened to stay a few days after snow storms and there were plenty of snow to play around. It was a perfect winter getaway!

This house is nice and clean, with a beautiful open floor plan. Full of surprises such as the super cool retro kitchen, old school TV, popcorn maker, dial phone etc… Wonderful Bay window looking right at the Lake, great elevated deck to enjoy for outdoor dinning, excellent sound system. love this awesome retro cabin! Easy check-in. its in great location nestled in a quiet neighborhood. there is great viewing spot of the lake from the back room. Even though it was only my husband an I, we noticed that there are a lot of extra blankets and pillows in the cabinets in both the first and second floors. The highlight for us was the kitchen it has everything you need. it was blast cooking on the 1960'ish cooking range it reminded us of our grandparents place growing up. this is also a great space if there is a large group. there is no easy access to the lake, but it was a good 30min walk to the village. It rained really heavy one night and we opened the patio door to hear the rain and thunder. in the background as we ate dinner.

Great little mountain cabin. It's unique, fun, and a little quirky. Check-in is easy once you gather your barrings. The driveway is a bit tight and very steep, though this is not unusual for the area. We had a great few days, and having this cabin made it even better.

Our family had a great time at this cabin. It was so cozy and inviting. We loved the deck and fireplace too. As mentioned in their listing, the drive way is very steep! We parallel parked next to the house on the road because our car bumper scraped too much trying to get up the driveway. We definitely want to come back again.

Absolutely charming cabin in Lake Arrowhead with all the amenities you may need. It's centrally located so you can easily get around to the areas attractions. Most important it that it's very peaceful and quiet. It's a wonderful spot if you need to get away from it all. The cabin is legit retro, with the most awesome oven/range, and décor. It was great to be able to BBQ on the gas grill to make dinner, and sit on the deck to enjoy the evenings. One thing to be aware of is that you can't access the trails around Lake Arrowhead since it's private property, but there other lakes and hikes in the area. But this doesn't detract from being able to enjoy the cabin or all of the nature nearby.

This is an awesome space - floor to ceiling picture windows looking out on big trees & can see the lake, lots of squirrels, chipmunks, birds, total retreat into nature. I found it a great space for yoga & meditation, comfort, snuggle time, warm fire,.... Came back refreshed. Driveway....

Christina was a wonderful host. She responded very quickly and communication was simple. The cabin itself is very lovely. It has a lot of amenities and very close to restaurants and the lake. The outdoor deck is absolutely gorgeous. Just wake up and enjoy a cup of freshly coffee (also supplied by the host) while listening to the bird chirp. Awesome place and will definitely head back during the winter season.

I love this place everything was just as I read and it was so cozy We had our barbecue the first night with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck all my family was very amazed such breezy air n just the trees the whole scenery. I would recommend it for sure the kids had fun in the TV room Thank you for allowing us to stay there. One more thing we went on a hike to the village it was beautiful by the lake.

everything that is pictured for this property is how you get it! the place was big enough for the 9 people i had staying there. two beds and two pull out couches. the place was equipped with plenty of dishes, also had plenty of napkins and toilet paper that we thought we’d run out of. the nights were cold but the heater kept us warm. there was also extra blankets and towels if needed. the patio area was perfect when we made a small bbq. there was also a popcorn machine which i thought was pretty cool! overall my experience was great!

We had a wonderful time. The house is located in a great location near the lake. Just minutes away from the hiking trail. A 5 min drive to the village and 20 walk on the trail to the village. The homes decor is so retro, and nestle in some amazing pine trees. Very quiet and relaxing. The owner is great, returns call and texts very fast and is very caring. Our only one warning we would give, is the driveway and walkway to the house, is VERY STEEP, so anyone with any walking disabilities this would not be a good choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This is a very rustic, old school cabin. I enjoyed being able to have a weekend away from technology. It was close enough to the lake that we were able to do a little hike on the trail to town. The owner is very quick to respond to any emails which is greatly appreciated :) overall it was a nice little get away.
