Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway! House was clean and very cozy. Space also felt very spacious with comfortable beds. Would recommend if you want to stay for a peaceful getaway with nice big beds for sleeping.

Such a cosy and homey airbnb! Me and 2 of my friends stayed here for a little writer’s retreat of our own, and it was perfect! A very cool backyard patio deck, 3 comfortable bedrooms, two very comfortable couches and a spacious kitchen. Check in and check out was easy! Overall, a great stay at Lake Arrowhead!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is very nice, quiet, and perfect for a family getaway. It has all the essentials you would need, including a well-equipped kitchen, great views, a barbecue setup, and reliable hot water, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient — close to grocery stores and just minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village shops and attractions. Overall, it’s definitely a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others.

This was the third year we have stayed at this Lake Arrowhead home for a week in the fall. We really like the home. The living room furniture is very comfortable, the gas log lighter makes it easy to light a wood fire and keep it going, the kitchen is lovely and we love the huge deck with a beautiful view of trees. It's a very nice, very clean home (even the outside table on the deck was clean). It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to Lake Arrowhead. We have already booked our stay at this home for autumn 2026.

This was the third year we have stayed at the Dancing Bear Chalet for a week in the fall. We really like the home. The living room furniture is very comfortable, the gas log lighter makes it easy to light a wood fire and keep it going, the kitchen is lovely and we love the huge deck with a beautiful view of trees. This spacious and comfortable cabin was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Dishwasher worked well, kitchen was well stocked, and two full baths with two master-like bedrooms and king sized beds had us feeling spoiled - especially our young sons who shared a king sized bed :) Feels secluded but nearby amenities make this place a treasure!

This was our second stay at the Dancing Bear Chalet. We really enjoy the large deck with the comfortable chairs, the gorgeous view onto pine trees, the big kitchen, and the fireplace with the gas log lighter. The house is in lovely location, in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by pines and cedars. It is very clean and comfortable. There are no stairs upon entering the house, which is great for loading and unloading luggage and fire wood. There are 2 full bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. The tubs in both have a safety bar and the bathrooms have a timer heat lamp. The 2 king bed bedrooms are upstairs. Both are large rooms. The living room furniture is very comfortable. Shopping and Lake Arrowhead Village are close by. It’s a great rental home for a getaway in the mountains, and we have already booked our stay there for fall 2025.

The house was clean upon arrival and nicely furnished. The upstairs bedrooms are good sized. The kitchen had most of what we needed. Downstairs bathroom appears to be updated and had better water pressure than the upstairs one. The outside deck has a nice view into the trees and is large. Some kind of repair needed for a covered hole there, but no problems with it. Location is just a short drive to the Village. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider for our next trip to the lake. High praise for the management company (Vacasa) that stayed in touch with us prior to arrival and while we were there. Thumbs up!

There's no cable; only a dvd player and vcr. There's no washer and dryer so be prepared to bring extra clothes and towels. The house is very clean and we loved the property!

We planned for a mini vacation at Lake Arrowhead instead of Big Bear for a change. It was a relaxing, fun, and adventurous time. We visited the Lake Arrowhead Village and took the Ferry. It was a Beautiful experience. We also shopped and bought duck food from the Beautiful art gallery to feed the ducks at the lake! Thank you for our stay! We are definitely returning!!

Great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed it. One thing that didn’t stand out to us was the carpet. It was a bit dirty. Also there wasn’t much entertainment, tv wise. House was very spacious, easy to find and very comforting. If you love to hike, there were great trails around! Overall great place to stay. Would 100% come again!!! :)

The home was very clean, a little off the road, easy to locate even in the dark which is when we arrived. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes from the Blue Jay area (grocery store & fast food) and 10-15 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village. The one improvement we would recommend is a larger coffeemaker that makes more than 2 cups of coffee. We really enjoyed staying in this home and plan to rent it again for our annual fall getaway.

We just stayed at the Dancing Bear Chalet for four days and it was a fantastic place. It was very clean upon our arrival and all the basics were provided. The back deck had plenty of room to bbq and to play corn hole, which we brought. It allows dogs, so we brought one and she was super happy with the accommodations, too. It was very comfortable, too. Felt like our home away from home. The only complaint I would have, but not really a complaint is that it didn't have cable, satellite or any stream platforms available. We took our own laptop to watch those. All-in-all, it was fantastic!

The house is exactly as listed and pictures are accurate. We had a comfortable stay for 2 nights. Beds are pretty comfortable. Be aware that there is not central air if you are coming during the summer but we stayed cool enough with the windows open and ceiling fans on. We were a little bummed there was no coffee available but everything else we needed to make dinner and breakfast for 2 days was there. The house was pretty clean.. although the table was a little dirty and because it is a dog friendly house, there was a bit of a dog/urine smell. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved all the puzzles available. We completed 3 in our five day stay. The beds were comfortable and the deck is spacious. The internet is strong so we brought our laptop to steam movies. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would love to return in the future.

Nicely organized cottage with all amenities listed.The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by redwoods Unfortunately there is no shovel. Take a shovel with you to clean up the snow , and chains for wheels.

I love this place! It was my first trip near Arrowhead Lake and it was absolutely comfortable in this cozy house. And morning coffee at the patio , when you looking on the old trees and listening birds-it’s was the most beautiful part of the day??. ( by the way, now there are very comfortable chairs in the patio, not like in a pictures). Kitchen- you have all that you need. Bathrooms- clean! Bedrooms-cozy. In general, the whole house is very clean and comfortable. and you feel at home, not as a guest. Thank you for your job, I hope I’ll be back soon ??

The cabin is surrounded by tall, green pines and it's very peaceful. It helps you unwind from city life. Everything you may need is provided and if you forget something the small local grocery store is not too far. Only drawback is the road to get there-have good brakes because it winds multiple times and feels like you are on a rollercoaster, it is especially worse at night because you can see the town below out of your periphery and if you don't like roller coasters it sure feels like one.

We loved our stay and it was perfect! The house was spotless and with very comfortable beds. The outdoor deck was wonderful to sit and breathe the fresh mountain air and listen to the birds sing. The location was close to Lake Arrowhead and great dining, but far enough to get out of the crowds for peace and quiet.

Beautiful views at sunset from the large balcony where we spent most of our time! Besides the houses on both sides, there is almost nothing but trees as far as the eye can see. Easy access from the road and more than enough space for 2 to 3 cars. Only a few minutes from town. Driveway is a little steep but the street is not too busy so it wasn’t too difficult to get in and out.

Our family stayed here for a week. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. A large patio deck with beautiful views of pine forest and mountains was a perfect spot to dine and relax. We also enjoyed using a fireplace in the living room and gas grill on the patio. Wi-Fi signal in the cabin was strong and reliable – we were able to stream movies via Netflix using our personal laptop (the house does not have cable TV or streaming device but strong Wi-Fi worked well for us). The manager was quick to respond and resolve an issue we encountered. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly come back to the Dancing Bear Chalet again in the future.

The house is cozy but was perfect for the four of us visiting Lake Arrowhead. This home sits among many pine trees and has a beautiful deck in the back with a view of the forest and mountains. OMG!!!!!! Was beyond our expectations! This home is too perfect ! The location the view we had ! The space was perfect! The fireplace worked perfectly! The backyard and the patio was just beautiful!
