The place was great—exactly as described. The location was excellent, and communication with management was good. However, the check-in process could definitely be improved. It wasn’t easy to access the property—none of the codes worked, and it took some time to figure out how the lock operated. After a long flight and drive, dealing with check-in issues was quite frustrating. That said, I would still give this listing a 5-star rating!

Unit is as pictured and described. Very walkable and great location! Only a few minute walk to the Old Town Plaza with Restaurants, Shops and a Famers Market on Sunday mornings. We attended a Festival and it was the perfect spot to come and go from. Overall, a good place and we would book again!

Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby at Old Town La Quinta. The unit was clean, and easy to get into. The high ceilings made it spacious and light. If you want to make coffee, bring your own, as they do not provide. There is a coffee pot in the kitchen. There was a drain issue in the bathtub, they were very responsive and fixed it the same day.

We had a really great stay on La quinat Vacasas place. it's a great location, the bed was really comfortable, everything was very clean and we would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I were in town for our son’s college golf tournament. When staying in La Quinta, we always try to stay in this small community of condos. We have stayed in a number of units and have always had a great experience. This unit was no exception. Everything was as described, it was clean, comfy, and cozy. A perfect home away from home. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to all the shops and restaurants in the old town of La Quinta. We could walk around to the different events in town, and at the parks in the area. Enjoyed the unit, and its ammenities.
