Great location and very clean property. Great view of the par 3 12th hole and we got to see a few golfers. Also, an incredible view from the front of the house of the mountains which was enhanced by a big horn sheep walking right down the middle of the street as I was loading the car on check out day! You don't see that every day!

Very comfortable home to spend five days in. The house was full of amenities and truly wasn’t lacking anything. The surroundings were gorgeous, and the place was very clean.

Perfect home base for Coachella. Reasonable biking distance to festival grounds. Quiet and safe community. Lots of birds singing in the morning. Well stocked kitchen - all the equipment you need. Great views. Comfy beds. Top tier TVs and cable. Generally very clean. Easy proximity to the pool and hot tub. Only negatives were a couple of minor cleanliness issues - 1) several of the towels in the ensuite bathroom closet were damp when we arrived; 2) some of the plates in the cabinet had food residue on them. Would also love a way to cast to the main TV (apple TV or chromecast), but this was not advertised, so it was not expected.

Condo was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Excellent location overlooking the golf course. Communication with property management company (Vacasa) was very good leading up to our arrival date. As our arrival time approached, however, and we were hoping to hear from them about the possibility of an earlier check-in time, we did not receive any return texts or phone calls when we inquired by phone and te4xt. It wasn't until 15 minutes before check-in time (4:00 p.m.) that we finally heard from them and were provided with the entry code. We would have liked it if they would have at least given us a call indicating an early check-in was not possible. Overall, everything worked out fine. We loved the property. Not fond of a 4:00 p.m. check-in and 10:00 a.m. check out time, but that seems to be the trend. Really amounts to cutting a full half-day from the stay, unless you want to pay more to arrive earlier or stay a little later, which they repeatedly attempted to get us to do.

This was by far my most pleasant Airbnb experience ever! Myself and a group of music journalists camped out here to cover Coachella and we were not prepared for such a classy stay. The check-in process was easy, the house is in fabulous shape and we felt very secure in the gated community. My favorite part, though? Enjoying a morning coffee on the patio and being greeted by the bighorn sheep grazing on the golf course.

The house is well stocked, warmly decorated and welcoming. Morning sun fills the living room and kitchen with warm light. There is no garage access so you have to park in the driveway. The shared pool and hot tub is just across the street.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great experience in this townhome for the month of January. Perfect setup for remote work (with the 3rd bedroom-office), when we had to, great outdoor area, and nearby hot tub and pool s in both directions from the townhome. Mike, the property manager from Turnkey, was amazing and super responsive for anything we needed. Amy, the owner, was also very attentive. Would certainly rent this place again , in a heartbeat, and look forward to doing just that! Will miss seeing the bighorn sheep almost every morning!

This is a lovely home. It’s very comfortable and well appointed. It was super clean upon arrival. It is even nicer than pictured. The master bed is comfortable as is the patio furniture. The master bath has jacuzzi jets. It was quiet and you will most likely see some bighorn sheep - right on the golf course! The pool is nearby and has beautiful views of the mountains. I had an issue getting the door open at first - several tries and then I had an issue getting it to lock, but I think it was just me. Once I got used to the Schlage door lock system I didn’t have any problems with it. Also, the gas grill was turned off at the gas line and I had to call to find out why I couldn’t get the grill on. So you might want to check that before hand, but it worked great after that. The Turnkey team was very responsive and helpful by text and phone to any questions I had.

Great location right on the golf course, with a beautiful view of the mountains out the front. The beds were comfortable (we brought our own pillows, so cannot attest to that), and it was very quiet and comfortable over-all. A couple of annoying things happened upon our arrival though: - the carpets had been cleaned, which we LOVED. However, they did not put the furniture back in place, so we had to move the furniture around when we got there. - The kitchen trash can was full, so we had to empty that. Not a huge deal, but not appreciated. - The outside patios, door screens & furniture were filthy. There was thick dirt on all of it, so we could not go outside our first night. That being said, we contacted TurnKey and they were very responsive. They sent a cleaning crew the next morning who thoroughly washed everything off. We very much appreciated their quick response. Once we got those arrival issues taken care of, we had a great time and would rent this unit again.

This condo was very comfy, had a very well stocked kitchen and good instructions on how to use everything. It is an end unit which gave us more privacy on the patio. The pictures of the space are accurate and the condo exceeded our expectations. The cathedral ceilings made the space very open and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable - firm but not too firm and good linens. Love the Tarkay prints!

We had a great time at this rental. Location of the home was great and had a couple of pools adjacent to it. It was well stocked and had everything you will need to prepare a meal. The patio overlooked the golf course and had an awesome outdoor grill for evening meals. The home was super clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this home and will stay here again.

Wow we loved staying here! I think it may be one of the best appointed rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Just a quick list of what we liked or didn’t like. 1 - check in process - was very easy! The guard gate didn’t have our name on their list but Turnkey was easy to reach immediately and it was eventually sorted out. The unit’s keyless entry is great but make sure you always have the code on you because the code is long. 2 - decor/furnishings - very on theme with the golf course LOL. Everything was clean, well kept up, comfortable etc. Our only personal critique was that the bed in the master was too soft for our own tastes. If you like a soft pillowy bed then you’ll be in heaven! We didn’t utilize the second bedroom but it’s also very nicely furnished and can be considered en suite to the hall bathroom. 3 - kitchen/dining - the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to cook all of our meals. Full size fridge and freezer, Keuring coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking spices and seasonings, utensils, etc. It was so nice to be able to cook easily. The only thing I felt was missing were perhaps some wine glasses? There was some on a high shelf over the bar but they were a bit decorative looking and not easily accessible so we opted to use the glasses in the kitchen cupboard. 4 - TV/Wi-Fi - there was a TV in every room. Each guest could watch their own programs LOL. The living room TV also had a dvd player but we didn’t utilize it. The den’s TV was a smart TV but my boyfriend used
