We had such a great stay here for Coachella! The house was super comfortable and had plenty of space for our group to relax and recharge between festival days. It felt peaceful and well-kept, which made a huge difference after long days out. Wonderful Family Holiday

In order to have a relaxing Thanksgiving, we visited Riviera Dreams this week. My adult children are in college and the best part of the house (besides being aesthetically lovely), was the fact we all 4 had our own spaces for work. When everyone felt social, we went to the firepit outside or played pool in the living room. There is so much room and the side yard is amazing. We spent quality time with the Bighorn sheep, coyotes, hawks and the multitude of colorful birds. The house is well appointed and sparkling clean. We hope to return very soon to this beautiful homre.

February vacation

Beautiful condo in prime location, ample room to relax, visit, and enjoy the views. Pool area directly across the street which we used daily for hot tub only. Unfortunately Palmer Residence pools are on rotational heating schedule now which is new these past two years. A quick drive to heated pool several blocks away wasn’t a problem but the listing should be updated to reflect not heated consistently year around.

The pictures are good, but in person, the home is even better. We loved that it was extremely spacious, inside and out. We traveled as a family of four and found this home equipped with all the essential. The location is wonderful. We especially loved the view and the mountain goats roaming the street. Spectacular Location

Wonderful condo in a spectacular location. Super quiet area, the golf cart path adjoining the property is walled-off. Little traffic. Pool and hot tub are literally across the street. Fully equipped unit not lacking anything and bonus, great bikes to ride around the private gated community.

Spacious House with Stunning Views

This house is incredible and is now one of our favorite VRBOs. It is spacious throughout, and the numerous outside living spaces are very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting next to the firepit while taking in the phenomenal views of the golf course and mountains. The linens are nice, and the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The main bath is hugh and filled with extra special touches like an espresso machine. The kitchen is first rate with everything you would ever need. It feels like home! The pool is across the street, and walking or riding bikes around the neighborhood is enjoyable. We will definitely be back! Thanks.

The only disappointment was that the bikes had flat tires. We enjoyed riding them around the last time we were there and when we discovered we couldn’t enjoy them this time we actually thought about getting a tire fixed ourselves. Unfortunately we didn’t have time. In closing I can say we highly recommend this beautiful home. You will not regret being here. It is truly lovely.

Thanksgiving Week

The property is a great location with a great view of the mountains & golf course. The home itself was as described. Plenty of room and clean. The only thing lacking were a few supplies. Specifically, dishwasher detergent, large trash bags, propane tanks were empty. Tiles in side yard were broken and deck furniture needed to be wiped down before being used. Over all it was a good stay. Just a little more attention to detail needed.

The outdoor living spaces could have been cleaned a little better, and a 10am checkout in the morning is a little inconvenient if you are not an early riser, but honestly the place was huge and VERY well stocked for anything you could have needed in a BEAUTIFUL space. Check in is super easy, and for beautiful desert relaxation this place was top notch!

PGA West Golf Weekend

Stayed at this beautiful property during a buddies golf weekend at PGA West. The VRBO description is completely accurate. Beautiful views of the Palmer golf course and mountains from the back patio, and conveniently located across the street from area pool and spa. It is and end unit and offers quite a bit of privacy in the patio and courtyard for lounging around the fire pit. The bbq grill is also top notch.

Little Getaway

My husband and I have rented many VRBO places. This was by far one of the very best. Everything was as pictured and the house was so well stocked you could make anything you wanted. Turnkey was fantastic! Ever at the ready to answer any question. We highly recommend this home. Only negative was the powder room toilet needs to be fixed as it makes a moaning noise that is quite annoying. On the positive side, the view is beautiful and you are well away from the golfers. The big horn sheep that roam the area were an added treat!

Great views!

We had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the views are to die for, it is super quiet, the beds are comfy, the pool table is lovely, the gate people are super nice, and the house is very clean. The check in and check out was easy and we had a great time.

Absolutely stunning!

This pictures online do not do this place justice. Walking in felt like a dream as everything was perfect. The rental was spotless, and check in was an absolute breeze. The master bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. This home is located on a beautiful section of the Arnold Palmer Private Course, with the mountains serving as a stunning back drop. The pool was only steps away and very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking and cleaning. We will absolutely be staying here again and my family and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Spacious and gracious home

The home worked well for our family with young children. Lots of interior room and a huge backyard with mountain views. The neighborhood heated pool/spa is across the street and well kept. Plenty of parking and entertaining space. It's well maintained and the we'd rent it again.
