We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were awesome, especially the pool—we spent a lot of time swimming and barbecuing with our friends. The property was spacious, so everyone had plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful mountain scenery in the backyard, especially at night. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Lots of space, pool seating and indoor seating. Pool table was a nice activity. Kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient location , easy to get anywhere.

Everything was wonderful, very clean and the pool was always the right temperature. Cozy beds and kitchen is 10/10. The location is excelent, there is a movie theater 5 minutes from the house and also a Trader Joe's and Target.

This house was great for Coachella or would be great for any trip to the Palm Springs area! Walkable to a large plaza with great options! 10-15 minutes from the festival grounds! Let alone the house itself was AMAZING honesty better than the pictures! Very spacious inside and out, also beyond peaceful! We will definitely be back here!

Overall great stay. House was very clean and just as nice as it looks in the pictures. We did have one problem with the pool being dirty but was handled right away, and we were given the option for a later check out due to this problem. Also there are so many stores and food places in the area. This is a great place to have a little family get away!

This is the 2nd time Ive rented this property. Love the pool table and the pool and jacuzzi plus the big yard. This house has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and wonderful and there are shopping centers close by even walking distance. Great restaurants as well. Vacasa does a great job managing the home and the house is made super clean and organized.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at this house and we loved it. The house is perfect and it has everything to make you feel like home. From the kitchen to the backyard, it has everything to make your stay a little more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to every store you need for a quick purchase and about a 5 min drive to El Paseo Dr. (Highend stores). We'll definitely be coming back.

My team and I stayed here while attending a conference. It was perfect for team bonding - morning walks to Starbucks, breakfast in the backyard, walk to dinner, etc. Accessible location, large backyard, sleeps 6, entertainment kitchen and open concept. This was our second time staying in this house and we will be back next year!

We stayed in this house with 3 kids and a small dog. Everyone had such a fun and relaxing weekend. My kids are home bodies so lounging around the pool was all they wanted to do. They also enjoyed the tire swing and hammock. The dog had a yard to run around - bonus. We all enjoyed the games and pool table. Kitchen had everything we needed. New fridge. Double oven made baking 2 pizzas at once a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. My favorite part was waking up to the mountain and watching the birds swooping in and out of the small openings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, soap and shampoo. There were large portable fans that we used on the first night. Once the AC got going, we were more than comfortable.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table, I enjoyed the large kitchen, and we all enjoyed taking walks and hiking in the area. The beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this home for families.

Large home with pool table, swimming pool and large yard in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to stores and restaurants. The yard is perfect for dogs and children. Plenty of room to run around! The house has an open concept which is great for groups and families. You can walk coffee every morning, walk to Trader Joes, shopping and restaurants. We had the best time and will definitely rent this home again.

We recommend Smiles Await for families! We were pleasantly surprised by thoughtful details for our kids - they had put out cute seasonal holiday placemats matching the number of kids on our reservation, and they had a nice selection of games that can interest a variety of ages. Our trip was in early April and we highly recommend pool heat at that time. Give them plenty of notice (more than 72 hours) as the management company can get busy! They do their best to be very responsive, but can get busy. Once on, the pool temperature was perfect. You might notice a hot tub in photos, but take note that it is not heated beyond the pool temp. This was actually perfect for our young kids who loved playing in it. Note that for eating inside there is only bar height inside and a table for 4 outside. The twin beds are also quite high, so if you have small kids who are still transitioning to beds and are likely to roll out, you might want to consider bringing something portable for them. Overall we had a lovely time and were very happy with our stay!

I really enjoyed staying here ! There was an issue with them forgetting to heat the pool, but they refunded the heating fee and heated the pool the second day of our trip. They were very responsive and communicative.

The location of this house is amazing, close by to shops (walking distance) and the backyard view did it for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather. This house was great, easy to get to, nearby lots of great places and it served as a great relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful home with great amenities. Pool table was a great touch. Spacious home that can accommodate a nice group of people. The master bedroom is gorgeous, spacious and the shower is phenomenal. Huge backyard and plenty of outdoor seating. Pool was great but cold, I recommend getting it heated. Also the furniture spacing was crowded around the doors to the backyard. Made it difficult to maneuver around for my partner who is disabled. Also the ovens weren’t working which sucked when I tried to bake some cookies. Hopefully they fix those in the future. But I thought the home was overall beautiful and great stay.

This property has a great location that's not too far from the freeway. It's a 5 minute drive from stores like Trader Joes, Target, and Starbucks. The backyard is very spacious and has a close view of the mountains. What you should know about the air conditioning unit is that it cannot go any lower than 76 degrees. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property manager gave us everything we needed before check-in.
