We had a wonderful experience staying at this Vacasa rental. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the Vacasa team was prompt and professional throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the pool and location within PGA West! Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway! We look forward to booking again next summer!

The house is as nice in person as it was in the photos. Other than a few minor items to deal with when we first got there, which were taken care of quite efficiently by Vacasa, everything was as listed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the house to others. The views, all the amenities to be expected of a house at this caliber were provided. We hope to be able to return in the future.

First persons to stay and it was worth our concerns and some initial kinks. Vacasa was very helpful getting us into the house and helping with details not (yet) fully explained in the house manual. House looks just like the pictures. One thing not able to be expressed is the scenic view and people (golfer) watching view lines. The house is at the 8 hole and 9 tee so you get some fabulous golf watching without fear of flying golf balls. Morning coffee on the patio has beautiful scenery with sunrise to view. Make sure to enter anyone (family/friends) visiting on the Vacasa lease to ensure smooth entry at the guardhouse. Guards are serious at first and then warm up after they get to know you so make sure to say hello. Location is edge of La Quinta which makes for quite times at the house with 20+ drives for food or outings.
